Absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The free breakfast was actually very good, you order when you check in. Also, the free ride to the airport was fast and instantly provided when we asked. Great team and a great hotel. There are some good.pizza and fried chicken places within walking distance. Thanks from California!

The young man who picked us up at the airport said that he own the hotel. He was very helpful and friendly. Check in was very fast. Our room was clean and the air condition worked. There were a few choices for breakfast and we picked chicken pho. His mom got it ready for us in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel. The staff were wonderful.

This hotel is ideally situated to the airport , the car shuttle which was included in our room price delivered us to the airport in comfort and the driver was friendly and efficient. At the price of £28 per night with shuttle and Vietnamese breakfast included ! It was great value , I would stay here again

Airport Classic Hotel is a very new and very nice hotel. Great price for a hotel near the airport. . Really great service. There was a 24 hour front desk, early checkout and free shuttle to the airport. I stayed here because my flight out was early morning. It’s the neighborhood that’s dirty, trashy and seems unsafe. No restaurants were open even though it was late afternoon. If you’re staying here you might want to consider bringing your own food and not leaving the hotel until you’re checking out.

Friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast but there is no gym as listed. Also the air conditioning did not work, there was little hot water and WiFi was spotty. The neighborhood feels a bit sketchy. Overall it’s fine for a one night stay with a free ride to the airport.

This property is not a 4.8 star property. It had no hot water, we were not told we had to ask them to turn on the hot water, it wasn’t until we called twice did they turn on the hot water for our room. Our sheets were disgustingly stained, there was some type of gross mucus like substance in the tub - the pictures on the listing are very misleading. The only thing that lived up to the listing was the free shuttle to the airport. They also tried to charge us upon checkout, even though we had already prepaid in full via Expedia. Our recommendation would be to steer clear of this hotel.

This is an amazing stay if you are looking for a comfy place to rest near the airport. I had a very early morning flight and wanted a place to sleep nearby to make sure I didn’t miss it. This place is very conveniently located a short drive from the airport. When I arrived there were immediately people ready to help me bring in my bags and show me to my room, which was comfy and nice. Additionally, they provided a free ride to the airport in the morning, which was lovely. An amazing stay!

We had a 12 hour layover in Hanoi and this was the perfect place to stay. There are a few restaurants around the corner. We went to Binh 86 and had one of our best meals in Vietnam. The property itself is very clean and the hosts were very helpful! The only odd thing was the drain in our shower was on the opposite end of the bathroom from the open shower so if you shower the whole bathroom is going to be wet. Honestly, besides that, the place was clean, comfortable and was the perfect place to stay for a layover.

The property was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond, as usual in Vietnam, to serve our every need! They made us dinner upon arrival as there wasn't much open in the immediate area, they rented us their personal scooter to run around the local area for errands, and set up drivers to go into Hanoi for the afternoon. The location was a little diffucult to get to off the main highway, and there was noise late at night and into the early morning hours directly across the street from our room. The rooms were clean and had what we needed, the mattresses seemed to be very slippery on the foundations and moved around a lot! Otherwise, it was good value for the price!

Booked this hotel for my last night as it is convenient for the airport. The staff was amazing. Picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, offered me food upon my arrival and ordered food from a local restaurant for me and even brought it up to my room. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. The room was clean and quiet.

We stayed here for just one night as we were flying out early next morning. Check in was quick and the staff were very helpful. Free taxi was booked for six o clock and we arrived on time for check in. Shame we did not have time for breakfast.

The staff at the hotel is just great! As soon as I have arrived, the receptionist ran to open the taxi door and to take my luggage. He supervised me to the room, showed everything, and after 10-15 min he came back with welcome fruits, cookies, and hot tea. The room was large, with two queen beds. Instead the bathtub there is a jacuzzi :) In the morning I got a tasty breakfast I ordered the eve before, and there was a free shuttle back to the airport. The surrounding aria is so so, but if you are coming over just to stay overnight, then the place is just right for you.

Conveniently close to airport. The owner was very helpful in collecting us to and from airport for our night time arrival in a very clean car. Signed post to late night local eatery that didn’t give trouble!!! Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but we had very fresh eggs! Would recommend.

One night thena flight.
Stayed here in preparation for an international flight the next day. Hotel was clean and comfortable with good a/c and comfy bed. Staff was excellent and helpful and provided cooked to order breakfast and a free ride to the airport next morning. Like most hotels in Vietnam that are still recovering from the covid virus the restaurant and bar are not open except for breakfast. But if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place for the night prior to your flight this is the place.
