The location is right in the center. Restaurants, coffee, shops - all are easy to find. Despite the floor to ceiling windows, our room in the 4th floor was quite at night. The rooms is as large as it looks in the photos. And I can’t say enough about the staff. Between whoever responds to the Expedia app communication to the staff in the coffee shop - they were all so wonderful, responsive and helpful. Plus, the coffee was great! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it there! Spacious for my husband, toddler son, and I; aesthetically pleasing especially with the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and trees outside; and with all basic home amenities which makes family traveling much convenient (e.g . washing machine with dryer, induction cooker, electric kettle, kitchen and dining utensils). They were thoughtful to message me if we were on the way, make check-in a bit earlier because of our toddler son, and remind about closing the gate at night with the remote key. Ling and Tam at the coffee shop are also conversant in English and helpful. Location-wise, it's just 1 km away to the Old Quarter. Thank you NYNA House! 🙂
