They can only turn on AC or heat, one for the whole week. You might fell chill or freeze at night but no way to warm up. The bathtub reduces the height tremendously, not a good place to shower for people over 6”4’. The breakfast is packaged muffin, orange juice and coffee, at the small table at the entrance. Definitely not related to the comments in google map or any other apps as “top-rated breakfast”. Taking this hotel as a backup plan or if you cares for the budget. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Boston Back Bay. The location is excellent—very close to Newbury Street, Fenway Park, and the Prudential Center, which made it easy to explore the city. The customer service was truly top notch. A special thank-you to Kayan, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was my husband’s birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful room overlooking the river. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again."
