Nice and Spacious
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We condo was clean and nicely decorated and we had plenty of room of to spread out. My girls were skiing during the day and enjoyed the big tub at night to warm up and sooth their muscles. The pools at Trout Creek are always a hit with my family--I love that they have an indoor option and a outdoor heated option. The host was very accommodating in allowing a late check out when my husband had some last minute conference calls he had to attend on the day of check out.

Nice complex close to slopes
Nice complex close to the ski slopes. The condo was bigger than I was expecting. Very nice place to stay and close to everything we wanted. Well furnish and full kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you.

Great unit and location for skiing!
Cozy unit with great layout. Liked the 3 season enclosure even though it was too cold to utilize. Can’t ask for a better location for proximity to Nub’s of Highlands!! Beds were very comfy and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended!!

Another Nice Holiday Trip
We had another great stay up north. The location of the condo is perfect and so convenient to Nubs and Boyne. Even in the rainy weather, this condo was a great home base and the kids had plenty to do between the basketball courts and the pool. Thanks so much!

Lovely condo
We have stayed at Trout Creek many times and this was our second time in this condo. It is spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. The view of the woods is so beautiful and peaceful. It is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

Family friendly
We rented unit 84 in Trout Creek for two weeks. The location is great! Just a few miles to Harbor Springs and Petoskey, which are adorable towns. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We really loved the glass and screened in porch in the evening. Trout Creek is an older condo community but still very nice. Across the street are three beautiful golf courses, The Highlands, which we played and we had fun using the condo pickleball courts, too. The property manager, Kathy, was so helpful with the couple of hiccups we had at the beginning of our stay, which were not her fault! She did everything and more to make our stay wonderful, which is what you want when you rent a place.

Girls trip!
Very nice home. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels and washcloths. Master bedroom window was missing shade. Notified owner. Replaced two days later. Old tvs with dvd players. Non-working fireplace. Ice maker puts out a lot of ice. Older appliances. Overall, comfortable, but could use some updates.

Very spacious condo, we had 6 at the dinner table and very comfy hanging out in the living room when we were not out skiing. Master bedroom is huge and nice view out bedroom and living room windows. Three deer were hanging out in the back yard grazing.

Fabulous 2 bedroom condo with gas fireplace, big indoor jacuzzi tub, fully stocked kitchen. Access to indoor pool/rec center for Trout Creek complex. Garage for 1 car, 2nd spot outside. Fully stocked kitchen, nice decor, view of Nobs Nob. Lots of snow week we stayed and plowing/snow blowing of sidewalks was great-very frequent. Owner very responsive.

Condo Unit 84
Pretty clean except the carpet in living room was soiled needed cleaned. There is a piece of floor molding between living and dining room that was broken and cause a tripping issue. But other than that it is a very nice condo rental. A great central location for getting around Harbor Springs, Petrosky and Cross Village. Thanks for the use of your condo.

This lovely condo is situated right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs, very close to Boyne Highlands golf course so it was the perfect spot for our month-long stay! Everything was as listed iand we found it very comfortable, quiet, and a beautiful location. The walking trails were beautiful for morning walks. Trout Creek wasn’t crowded at any point, and we even enjoyed the pickle ball courts. We will be back!

Good choice to explore Up North
This property worked well for our family visit Up North. The condo had good space, a great layout, and was located in a quiet development. We enjoyed our stay and found everything comfortable. It is located well to enjoy the Petoskey/Harbor Sorings area as well as enjoy a quick trip to Charlevoix or Mackinac. The master bathroom is in true need of repair. It was the one space in the condo that was concerning. We were also puzzled by the list of check-out responsibilities given the fact we were charged a significant cleaning fee. It wasn’t like we were borrowing the place for free from a friend. And the cleaner showed up as we left so there was no real reason for guests to be required to do the things on the list.

This is our second stay in unit #84 and we are exceptionally happy with this property. We are a group of 50+ women who like to ski and this place is perfect. It is well appointed with everything that you need. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to put some new comforters on the beds and have a few more extra pillows. The bedding is pretty tired and it would snazz up the place if it had some new threads!
