So much was disgusting about this hotel I cannot list it all. A brief list is: the air conditioning did not work, there was a drawer full of dirty bottles with milk residue in a drawer, the toilet flush stuck, the shower leaked, and many many other issues. It was sickening stay. Would have switched if it wasn’t just one night and too late to find another place

Every room we rented (5) has broken light fixtures. A friend had to move her room at midnight bc the heat was broken. The place was not well maintained. Staff was kind.

Got there early and they were gracious to let me check in . That night I was sick with laryngitis . The young woman behind the desk was so nice to go into the kitchen and brought out some honey to mix with my tea to soothe my throat. What a kind thing to do. Thank you.

The curtain in the room didn’t close. You can’t black out the room from light. After travelling around the last thing I wanted was light.

Check in was easy, however the elevators were out of service and I had two seniors with me, so thank goodness we didn't have to do too many flights to get to our rooms. The heaters are controlled by a wall unit, not the unit you would think so that through us a bit. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a variety of items. The second room tub had a slow drain and it was kind of hard finding the right water temperature - either really hot or not. One room was in the back and very quiet - the other was in the front and they heard traffic all night. Super convenient to stores, restaurants and the farm show complex.

Not to bad for just a place to stay one night. Lots of visible repairs in the rooms and bent lamp shades. Elevator was not working our whole stay. Stairs smell like stale cigarettes smoke.

Elevator was not working, we were not offered a room on the main floor. We were fine using the stairs, but it should not be assumed we are ok with stairs. We took it as a compliment and that your desk clerk perceived us to be fit elderlies. A very friendly person. Did not like the perfumed scent in common areas.

The elevator was broken and there was no available help to help with luggage. The room is not too small but it is crowed with furniture. Kind of dark but maybe that was a matter of the gray skies. Lastnight we stayed at the Concordville BW and it was sooooo much brighter with more generous room, happier staff.
