The bed was so comfortable! Staff was friendly. Basic breakfast items: scrambled eggs, sausages/ bacons, bagels, toasts, waffles, sereals, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and milk. Overall, it is not a high end hotel, but we stayed comfortably.

This is a lovely home across the street from beach access. We were only 4, but there is plenty of room for 8 to eat, sleep and hang out in the living room The location is super convenient and the hosts were very clear on what to expect and were very quick to respond to questions. Hope we can return if we are in the area

All of the vending machines were out of order. The front desk barely answered the phones. The room was not clean up to our standards. And we were woke up around 5am because the roof was leaking onto our bed. Worst stay I’ve had in a long time.

Property is a great simple hotel very accessible to James Madison University and local shopping/restaurants. Hotel offers basic amenities. Tub in room has seen better days and unfortunately the morning coffee can barely be called such. Good coffee located close by.

Check-in was easy! I had a very helpful chat with the woman at the front desk about the area. My room was just what I needed. My main complaints is the tub looked gross so I did not shower as I’d planned and also the walls were too thin, as I was able to hear people speaking loudly in the hall, the woman next door also speaking loudly and the children running around above me.. but overall I Did enjoy my stay:)

Front desk nice. Bathroom fan is knocking against wall preparing for lift off. Light switch hasn't been cleaned in at least a year, rust type stuff on bottom of tub, smoke smell im hallway , and then smoke smell coming through walls in middle of night , turned heater on when we got cold and it seemed like it hast been ran all year as exhaust smelled terrible, woke in morning ready to take a nice shower- ice bath only no hot water. Entire building no hot water. Could have been a better stay but thankful I didn't have to sleep outside.

Most disgusting bathroom shower I’ve ever seen. My key disabled multiple times, and I was given a key that opened a totally different room. Smell of marijuana in the hallway. There were pet hairs on the bathroom counter, stains in carpet, and poor lighting in the peg area.
