The building was questionable at first but once I went into the apt everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and super helpful, very friendly. Definitely a must repeat experience.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft.
Es ist eine besonders schöne Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind nett und bemühen sich den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Besonders kann ich das Frühstück empfehlen. Man erhält es im "Retro Habana" einem Lokal nebenan.

Excelente!!
El apartamento esta en óptimas condiciones, grande y limpio! Tal vez el unico inconveniente es que la regadera no tiene puerta y se tira el agua, de ahi en fuera todo excelente y el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable. La zona es inmejorable, muy bien ubicado y a pocas cuadras de buenos restaurantes y bares, si lo recomendaria y si regresaria sin duda.

Pulito ma poco funzionale .
L appartamento e pulito e grande . Ci ha accolto una persona che era disponibile . State attenti perché il letto matrimoniale e una piazza e mezzo per cui si sta stretti in 2 e il divano letto in salotto e durissimo . La zona è discreta anche se io consiglio una zona più vicina all' Avana vecchia così da non dover prendere il taxi .

Wir haben 4 Tage im Apartments Minimal 1 verbracht, die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Eine grosses Schlafzimmer mit schönem Badezimmer, sowie einem Wohnraum mit Küche. Einzig die Küchengeschirr war etwas sparsam, trotz Mikrowelle und Gasherd konnte man sich kein Kaffee kochen, es gab kein Topf oder Kaffeemaschine. Der Check-In lief reibungslos, die Betreuung durch das Personal war super. Er war für alle Fragen ansprechbar und hat uns auch ein Tagesausflug nach Vinales organisiert. Zum Frühstück empfehlen das Cafe Habana Retro direkt im Nebenhaus, einfaches Frühstück aber gut. Die Lage des Minimal in Vedado war super, da man von dort alle Stadtviertel gut erreicht. Wenn wir wieder nach Havana kommen ist das Minimal erste Wahl.

Un apartamento a buen precio
Nos hospedamos aquí sabiendo que era lejos del malecón y de la zona hotelera. Hay que comprender que las condiciones no pueden ser iguales a otras ciudades y que la adaptación puede dificultarse. Estuvimos de primero en un pequeño departamento que olía mucho a gaz y por ende nos cambiaron a uno mucho más bonito y cómodo con refri y dos habitaciones, una salita y un televisor. Muy agradable en un barrio totalmente cubano sin turistas. El transporte público se toma a una cuadra. Se paga en pesos cubanos. Vale apenas unos 40 centavos para transportarte incluso hasta el mercado de artesanías. Si vas a hospedarte aquí, te recomiendo llevar alimentos básicos desde tu país para cocinar. No conseguimos Coca light en ningún establecimiento ni hotel. Puedes comprar una tarjeta de internet por un CUC e ir al parque a revisarlo. Si necesitas estar conectado es muy dificil en Cuba. Me hubiera gustado tener el televisor en la habitación y contar con cable. Ten en cuenta que no se consigue hielo, es difícil conseguir azúcar de dieta, el papel higiénico es de mala calidad y la higiene en todos los sitios, deja mucho que desear. El departamento estaba muy limpio. Fue un lindo e interesante viaje.
