“One staff member is rude feels as though he can scream at guests as he wishes .. I had a 50$ deposit on a room that had roaches and burn holes in bedding and floors and holes in curtains ..charged for two beds wen only needed 1 . Charged for service animal and towels and wash cloths are dingy and the faucets in the bathroom all leaked ..toilet overflowed and I had to use towel for clean up and they kept my deposit .. I got shocked from the bedside lamp that was missing one lamp and wires……

“I would not advise staying here if there are any baseball camps or the like going on. Loud and obnoxious kids running the halls at 10:30pm and loudly banging on strangers rooms along with the lack of breakfast options at 8:30am made this a bad experience. Very little water pressure in the shower as well. I will not stay there again.”

“Left right after check in. Room smelled and was so humid the floor was wet and sticky. Manager double charged my credit card trying to scam us. Brought to his attention afterwards and claimed he caught the mistake. (Wouldn’t have if I didn’t bring it up). Requested a crib at time of booking. No contact from property. Get there and there’s zero room for one inside the room. Bathroom was filthy as well. My family was not staying in this hotel”

“办了入住才知游池不可用,本来就是为了泳池和热水按摩池才选了这家,早餐很好,套房也很好,但要自己去前台拿备用的床上用品,主要厕所没排气”
