Our stay was comfortable, but the kids running up and down the hallway was very annoying. We had to call the front desk at 10pm to get the kids from being so loud. In addition, the shower leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom. The shower needs a 2” to 3” barrier to keep the water in the shower. Overall, the room was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful with getting the noise from the kids under control. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you.

We planned a tour at Havre de Grace and this is where we stayed since it is only 14 minutes away. Its location is very convenient since it is close to a shopping center. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely book here again or recommend this place.

Great staff, criminal prices

The rate was astronomical considering the amenities. Property is under construction and we had to change rooms twice. First because the toilet was faulty and then the first backup room was covered in dust and wet towels on the bathroom floor. The staff on site was beyond courteous and responsive to our needs. The rates absolutely gouge customers because their kids play sports nearby, This is nowhere near a $289/night value. Hotels.com rates similar properties in the $115-$155/night range.

Meets All the Criteria

We keep coming back to this hotel as it is always clean and comfortable. The location works very well for us. I use another criteria for rating a hotel - water pressure in shower. The water pressure here was superb and it was hot immediately. Add that to all other criteria and you have a place we will be coming back to again next year.

Everything was very nice The lady at the front desk was exceptional and very friendly, almost like we knew each other, my only beef would be even though the breakfast was more than adequate, it was only warm to say the least, I myself like my eggs’ bacon and sausage hot, but I would still give this hotel high ratings

Was there for a baseball tournament. Very close to fields. Just wish other families had more consideration about the noise and messes their kids make. The knocking on doors after 11pm and racing up and down the halls after long days was a bit much at times. Hotel Was very convenient and we were happy with our stay for the most part.

The staff was amazing at this Holiday Inn, breakfast staff and front desk representatives were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the tissues and toilet paper were extremely low quality, the towels had degraded so that they were falling apart. The room drapes, closet pole, luggage rack were falling apart, rendering them unusable. We would return because of the staff but the room needed attention and $ investment. Kid friendly for sure! The room and hotel is clean and comfy, no complaints! Chlorine smell a bit strong in pool area but it didn’t bother me. We missed breakfast so not sure about that but everything else was great!
