Awesome
We had an amazing stay here! Very clean and fully stocked! Jill is a great host! Very kind and personable!!! The views were the best part! Watched whales , dolphins and lots of turtles right out our balcony morning and night! The kids loved playing the pool/hot tub, while we used BBQ and cooked dinner every night! The little public beach is a minute walk and we spent many hours there watching turtles, playing in the water, learning to snorkle etc. We will definitely be back!!!!

Just right
This condo was the perfect fit for our family’s first trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Everything was so clean, spacious and the views are breathtaking. We had everything we needed for our stay and felt right at home. The location was perfect, not so touristy but also less than 10 min drive in either direction gets you to the resort areas and big beaches.

Perfect view.
Everything you need is here. Close to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores. You can also whale watch and dolphin watch from the balcony.

Beautiful view!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Paki Maui resort. The views were beautiful! We saw so many breaching whales and turtles on the shore very close by. The condo had everything you would need including beach gear! The condo was spacious and clean. Our host Jill was excellent. Always got right back to us about anything we asked about. We highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo at Paki Maui
Don’t have enough positives to describe our stay at Jill’s place at Paki Maui. The pictures and online description are as it is. It’s a great condo with beautiful views of the Pacific and neighboring Molokai and Lanai islands. Jill was so great to work with, and she always responded promptly! This condo is all you will need for a perfect trip to Maui. Can’t wait to come back!

Immaculate condo, marginal location
The condo itself was perfect. Great condition, very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped. However, its location and the overall property are lacking. The condo sits right above the pool area. Hot tub users with loud music detract from the lanai. No repairs to the ocean access, just rope it off and hope nobody uses it. This was my third stay at the paki maui. Not sure there will be a fourth.

Property as advertised or even better. Was prefect for our family of five's first trip to Maui. Plenty of space for everyone, amazing views and sound of the ocean and wildlife each morning and evening. Full kitchen and beach towels/amenities really helped keep our overall trip costs manageable (did most breakfast in the condo and some lunch/dinners). Great to borrow the beach chairs and cooler for days at the local beaches snorkeling. Jill did a great job communicating and her contact for maintenance was quick and helpful when a bathroom light went out. Pull out couch bed was very thin and not comfortable on its own, but putting the couch cushions underneath it made it work well enough for my teenager. Overall, loved our vacation and would certainly consider staying again (heck, we even were checking prices to buy in the area given just how nice the whole trip was).

Comfortable relaxing visit to Maui
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and easily able to accommodate our family of five. Jill, the owner, was responsive, helpful and friendly. During our stay we saw whales and turtles from the lanai and enjoyed sunsets, the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline and a gentle breeze all night long. The location of the condo is great. It’s close to a food truck pod, the farmers market and several beaches. We will definitely be back!

Spacious condo with a beautiful view
Our stay was lovely. The condo was exactly as described. Check in process was easy. Pool was great and especially loved being able to use the grills for meals. It was also a short walk to restaurants. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Best value in town
This was the perfect place for us. Check in process was easy. The place had everything we need and it had awesome ocean and sunset views! You also have access to the equipment locker for this unit which includes all kinds of beach equipment that you can borrow (beach chairs, umbrella, boards, etc.). The only downside is that there's no AC and so we kept the sliding door open in the master room, and since it's right in front of the pool you'll hear crowd noise coming in. However, the fan in the room somewhat help drown out the noise. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Gorgeous sunsets from lanai
Absolutely loved Jill’s condo. It was fully stocked with all paper products, kitchen supplies, and bath supplies. Donna and Jill were excellent! They helped my husband plan a anniversary surprise which was stunning! We swam and snorkeled at the beach. There are great places to eat or get groceries within a short walk. I highly recommend The Fish Market. We ordered online, walked across the street for pickup, and ate on our lanai! I also recommend Cruzin Cafe for yummy breakfast sandwiches. Located a short walk from the condo. Best Maui vacation ever! We will be back!

Outstanding stay!
Stayed 10 days 7/22-8/1. The condo is perfect! Walking distance to shopping and food (would highly recommend the fish tacos at Maui Fish Market). 10 minute drive to Lahaina, Kapalua and DT Flemming Beach. No AC, but tons of fans available, so not much of an issue. The owner is extremely helpful and is quick to respond with any questions. There is a grassy area where you can sit and watch the waves without getting in the sand. There are also two reefs that run parallel to the condo that do a great job of breaking the waves for swimming/snorkeling. We saw turtles every day. It is amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves every day. There are TWO lanais, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom where we had coffee every morning. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and has everything you could need for cooking. There are beach towels and other beach gear such as a few chairs some youth sized snorkeling gear and even a beach umbrella. We rented a few sets of adult sized snorkel sets, but our teenagers were fine with the smaller ones. You really can't go wrong with this condo, very highly recommend!

Gorgeous location!
We had never stayed in this area in Maui before, and I'm really glad we did. It was very convenient for the activities we wanted, has a more casual and laid back feel than the resort areas, and you can't beat that the beach is literally next door! The condo building is on the older/outdated side and nothing fancy, but the condo itself is perfect! It's very clean, airy, bright, plenty of space for our family, literally overlooking the ocean. No A/C means you have to open up all the doors and use fans, but honestly didn't mind that one bit. We took advantage of the very close food options - the Fish Market, food trucks right down the street on the weekend, and the Times market for groceries. Jill has a TON of beach accessories and toys in her storage shed, very cool! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay; didn't want to go home!
We have stayed at a number of ocean-front properties along Lower Honoapiilani Road over the past 10 years, but this time we were looking for something more suitable for our new grandson. Jill's place was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and right next door to the park with safe tide pools. She even had a play 'n pack for the baby and 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, so we didn't have to rent. Having in-suite laundry was definitely a bonus. The only glitch we encountered were some very noisy groups (loud music and boisterous play) in the the pool area which was located right below our lanai. Unfortunately, closing the doors to lessen the noise was not an option, as we needed the cross breezes to keep the condo cool. I went to the front desk and they informed me there was "no noise restriction", yet the sign at the pool specifically states no loud music and no boisterous activities, so as one previous review mentioned, this isn't enforced. Otherwise, we loved breakfast and Happy Hour out on the balcony every day as the view was outstanding. Thank you Jill for sharing your Happy Place with us!

Ahhhh, relaxation!
Gorgeous location! We saw whales and turtles from our balcony. In fact, we spent most of our time there enjoying the view. We were there to relax before meeting up with our grandchildren. Paki Maui was perfect for us. The grounds were lush, but not huge. The pool was the main activity we saw, though there may have been others. The location was great, within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and takeout places. It was when we moved to a different resort down the road to be with our grandchildren that we realized how truly well stocked the kitchen was. Everything we needed was there. We are so pleased we chose Jill’s unit in Paki Maui.

The Location awesome view of the ocean was great, we got to watch Whales from our balcony. place was very clean and the amenities were awesome the only thing of note would be that there is no way to lock the master bedroom door it has a pocket door but there is no way to securely Close it Would stay again Jill was very friendly and responsive in email

My wife and I loved this condo. Location was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Chairs snd water sports equipment was right there for us. Being right on the water, listening to the waves, watching the whales everywhere was our favorite part of our vacation.

A place for an unforgettable experience
Let me start by saying the pictures of this condo don't do it justice! When we walked in and saw the ocean right in front of us it was all I could do not to cry!! We spent more time than planned just sitting on the lanai, eating on the lanai, reading on the lanai... You get the idea. We watched whales breach every evening and some mornings too! The noise of the waves all night long made us sleep like babies. Everything you could possibly need was in the condo, Jill seriously thought of EVERYTHING. The only thing we had to buy was some laundry soap. We cooked about half our meals in the condo which helped us save so much money!! There was so much stress leading up to this trip with all the uncertainties of the covid-era, but Jill kept in contact and sent updates on requirements which was wonderful and reassuring. And seriously, the moment we walked in and saw that view all that stress melted away and we just relaxed and enjoyed our week.

This place is great! Close to the ABC store (if you know, you know!), whales off the deck, turtles, and we even saw a monk seal swimming. Beach towels and beach items were appreciated too, including coolers! Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfy. Plenty of room for our party of 5, ages 16-43. Jill was very accommodating, allowing us to alter our arrival and departure days to match cheaper flight prices, too. As the mom, I appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit as well. Small, but so convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

AMAZING VIEWS!
We had a lovely time at this beautiful, clean, well-organized condo! There was plenty of room for 5 of us and we enjoyed all the fun extras like boogie boards, coolers, chairs, and even a beach umbrella! The view was amazing and the open floor plan was perfect. With both patio doors open the breeze flows right thru and keeps the condo cool and fresh. Highly recommended!

Perfect Hawaiian Condo
Paki Maui 323 is the perfect place to spend your Hawaiian vacation. The condo has everything you need to relax and feel at home. The washer and dryer in the unit was key to our family having the most time to explore the island or play in the water. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the lanai each morning while watching turtles and whales playin the ocean. There were also rainbows greeting us each morning. Sunsets were phenomenal from the lanai as well. The property is quiet and family friendly, and the location keeps you close to all the activities offered in Maui.

Great location, property, communication
We greatly enjoyed our stay. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves, great parking set up, and property was well maintained. Jill was always quick at responding, and the on-site property manager to help with a quick fix during our stay. I must have not noticed the unit doesn’t have ac (which I know is very common), just something I didn’t realize prior to arriving. It can keep fairly cool with windows open, so it wasn’t much of an issue for us. The ocean front access is a huge selling point, but it does come with being close to the pool, where we did run into being woken up in the middle of the night by a loud group. Overall you’ll love staying here! It was a great value and time for all of us.

Comfortable Retreat
Accessing the condo went seamlessly as the set up and Jill's instructions made the process so simple. There is no A/C in the unit which I thought would make our stay uncomfortable, however the cool tradewinds provided continuous comfort and the fans provided additional relief from the heat of the day. Accommodations were roomy for our family of 5 and very comfortable. Great beds, great pillows (I'm a pillow snob!) The kitchen is well-stocked with just about any dish, pot, pan, utensil, etc., etc. that you could possibly need to create your island culinary masterpiece. The refrigerator was also large enough to stock all of groceries for the week. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the unit which made for convenient washing and drying of swimsuits and clothes, however also available on every floor were full-sized washers and dryers to handle larger loads as needed. Two balconies also made for great viewing of the beachfront and ocean. I'm sure sunsets were beautiful, however we were always on the go. Two weeks in paradise
The location is outstanding for us. There are several restaurants and stores close by for eating out, take out or cooking in. We loved the unit for the space and perfect views of the ocean. We have stayed in several units at Paki Maui and while the lani is not front and center to the sunset, the sunset view is great and the unit stay cooler in the evening without the direct afternoon sun. The location of the lani is great for view and sun/shade but they are directly over the pool. Most of the time it was not a problem but a few nights over the two weeks we stayed, there was loud/drunk folks partying past pool hours (9:30pm), it was not beyond 11pm but that would have to be an aggravation to people getting up early for island activities. It was great to have a washer/dryer, worked great. Kitchen well stocked except for the fry pans. The stuff there was pretty beat down. We bought a small fry pay at Times for eggs, no biggie. We loved this unit and had an awesome time.

Good point on the lanais not being in the direct sunlight yet still having the awesome view; I hadn't thought of that before until someone I know very recently stayed on the other side of Paki Maui and told me it could get bright and hot! Amazing stay in Maui!
Jill’s place at Paki Maui was the perfect location for our Maui trip! You can’t beat the ocean front location, the views from the lanai were absolutely stunning! We loved listening to the waves day and night. The place was clean, well stocked and centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

Paradise as it should be
We loved this unit and the great proximity to everything Maui has to offer. We loved watching the sunsets from the balcony, grilling poolside and early morning walks in the surf. Jill was an excellent host, prompt and helpful and the entire process was seamless.

The View!
The condo has a beautiful view, very clean and spacious. We loved watching the sunsets every night and falling to sleep to the sound of the waves. The location is great too. Close to restaurants and markets. My favorite part was how peaceful our beach was. Great snorkeling too. We saw sea turtles everyday. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jill

Wonderful!
We loved our stay! Great location- walking distance to shops, rentals, beaches and more. Gorgeous view- loved our lanai views of the ocean and sunsets. Jill was so helpful in communicating and suggesting spots to try out. Loved the use of the owner’s locker. Everything we needed- towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards etc. made our trip hassle free. We highly recommend this wonderful home away from home.

We were just close enough but far away enough from Lahaina and the upscale hotel area Get out and explore up north where coves of snorkeling looked good Only minus was most of the units in the area do not have a/c only if needed Unit was neat and clean and towels for the pool and beach which is right out the back door Overall we loved it

Best place in Maui!
My children enjoyed every single minute of it (they made friends and are sad to leave them behind) my wife fell in love with the view and I loved everything about it. I believe you have found return customers with us and we are already looking forward to coming back here soon. :) Jill and her team in Maui went above and beyond in accommodating my family that I wish I could give them 10 stars. Amazing first time in Maui
Paki Maui was so beautiful! Jill was wonderful and very responsive to emails. We saw a sea turtle, many fish and a monk seal rested on the beach next door for most of the day! It was truly amazing. Amazing ocean front property
