"Staff was great, room was comfortable. Everything was as expected EXCEPT!!!
PARKING: BEWARE, we enjoyed our stay BUT I had surgery and was not expecting to be in Hawaii. Parking is a problem. Even the DISABLED parking was occupied by uncaring non-disable/no placard displayed cars. There was an incident where there was no parking and I had to park several blocks away and had to walk back to hotel at midnight with my young child. She had a midnight meltdown in the lobby of the hotel. Staff tried to accomodate but couldn't calm her down. Just beware, it may be better to figure out what options even if you have disabled parking placard."
