I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful this property is. The beach is just a few steps away and Whaler’s Village was a short 15 minute scenic walk with shopping and various dining options. Sheraton hotel offers many amenities including a complimentary shuttle service to several other resorts. We checked in late at night due to a late flight and the hotel staff offered us sandwiches, water, chips, and fruit cups as all the dining options had closed for the night. I believe this hotel goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and cared for!

We really enjoyed Sheraton Maui Resort. The views are incredible. The staff are so kind and helpful. Everything is spread out here. Wear your walking shoes, you will be doing ALOT of walking….and worth it!!! Our room had the most incredible views. My only negative would be the room needs updates.

The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa was an absolutely beautiful and amazing stay. The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. We are avid snorkelers, to our surprise black rock had variety of fish and even turtles! I will say, I wish they had let us know about the Luau that they host and on what schedule, but I should have easily planned ahead and found that out myself. I ignorantly assumed it'd be all weekend. Nevertheless, all good things to say about this experience!

This property is beautifully kept, the pool and lazy river are amazing and the access to the beach at black rock is second to none. The hotel staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one. I highly recommend the Sheraton Maui.
