Another great stay!!
This was our third stay at the property - another great experience! The hosts are terrific and the property is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing and private. The new king size bed is comfortable - great addition! The space is nicely appointed, clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

Amazing chalet in the woods
This chalet was perfect for me and my family for the weekend. The place was clean, beds were comfy and we loved having a full kitchen and outdoor seating areas to relax in. The hosts were incredible and so helpful for anything we needed during our stay.

My wife and I were blown away with the attention to detail to make our stay the best possible. When we arrived the fireplace and candles were lit. Communication was impeccable prior to and at departure. I have owned and operated a VRBO property and never imagined some of the comforts this chalet offered. Beautiful chalet!
First time VRBO user. Jennifer was great at keeping me informed of everything I needed to know. We brought hard to impress teenagers and they had so much fun! Everything was clean and the owners thought of everything. Will definitely be coming back!

Hayward Visit
Spent a few days in town to assist my dad after his surgery. Accommodations are as advertised. Very comfortable and well decorated cabin situated on a beautiful piece of land. Communication with owner was outstanding and they really pay attention to detail. Would definitely recommend staying here as I hope to again in the future.

Trailside Chalet
We enjoyed our stay in the cozy chalet. It's beautiful inside and out. Spent time hiking, playing cards and reading by the fireplace. Hope to come again to do some snow-showing.

Northwoods Haven
Our stay there was exemplary in every little way. Jennifer and Tom were responsive and so helpful with any questions we had. The property is serene and peaceful. We left feeling renewed and restored. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance. We did an easy day trip up to the South Shore from here. It was spell-binding. Loved our get-away!

Perfection in the Northwoods
Stayed in this cabin for a long weekend. The cabin is in the perfect spot. Out in the woods with a meadow behind it. But, close enough to town that it is not a hassle to go back and forth. Decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked . Very cozy and comfortable. The hosts were responsive if needed and were very inviting. We would return again in a minute!!

Lovely Chalet in beautiful setting
This Chalet is in a beautiful setting. You drive up to it on a winding road in the woods. It is so cute inside and out. It is decorated very tastefully and has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend it for a perfect getaway to Hayward Wisconsin!

Just what me and my wife are looking for. A nice cabin nestled back in the woods. The cabin was beautiful. The property grounds were beautiful. Plenty of walking trails right in the area. The property managers are wonderful. If you are looking for a place to get away for a few days of peace and quiet, this is a must place to spend your time.

Excellent!
We enjoyed our second stay at the chalet even more than our first visit!!! Upon driving in you see an attractive setting of beautiful green grass accenting the chalet in front. Woods and grasslands frame the building background. The property is in a secluded setting yet close to Hayward should you need to shop or just bum around a bit. A great deck area is both partly covered and open to enjoy the outdoors dependent on weather. The kitchen has all you need to create and enjoy tasty meals onsite. Adequate room is provided to swing a truck and boat in should you care to. The property was super clean and both Tom and Jennifer are as nice of people as you would want to meet. A few back and forth texts were responded to super quickly. We stayed as a couple but four could surely make it work if you care to. Thanks again! Dan and Barb

Serene Chalet on the Birkie surrounded by Nature - Beautiful!
Loved this chalet and its location! I stayed with a friend while doing some mountain biking in the area and this was a perfect home base for us. Whether you're a biker or a skier or just looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, this chalet is surrounded by acres of wilderness and right of the Birkie trail system. Everything inside the cabin is clean and comfortable and you'll be in great hands with Tom and Jennifer as your hosts. I'm already looking forward to my next trip and will stay here again in a heartbeat!

North woods Getaway
Totally impressed with this Northwoods cabin/chalet that is secluded for privacy,quiet, solitude. We loved chalet decor throughout the cabin as well as the quality and well kept furnishings inside. We used the firepit every night and hiked the trails that are a few steps away from the property. Owners were very easy to communicate with. If we ever head back to the Northwoods we surely will be back.

Off the grid
We took a sister’s trip to Hayward and LOVED the cabin. Off the beaten path but clean and private. We took advantage of the patio and fire pit to decompress, laugh and watch nature in action. Our hosts made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend get away
The chalet was perfect!! It was everything that was in the description and more. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We came to Hayward to spend a weekend riding our motorcycles exploring northern Wisconsin and this was the perfect location to start and end from. After a day of riding we could relax at the chalet and have a nice dinner and bonfire. The hosts were great and very communicative. Would highly recommend!!

Our second stay at Nordic Pines and everything is just as I remembered—cozy, beautiful gem in the woods, surrounded by snow-covered trees, and skiing literally steps from the door. The groomer even greeted us after setting trails as we arrived. Nearby by Hayward, access to the Birkie trailhead at Mosquito Brook, and a short drive from OO and Cable. Spacious for a few friends or small family getaway weekend! Hosts are 5-stars

Beautiful house with lovely walking trails
This house was lovely and beautifully decorated, and it was exceptionally clean. The walking trails are right out the door and lead through meadows and wooded areas which are full of wildlife. The covered porch is lovely to sit and watch the birds and deer. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would also recommend a short trip to Cable for the nature center's bird presentation and a trip to Seeley for the beach at Silverthorn Park. A great place for families!

Secluded property close to everything
Beautiful chalet with thought given in every detail. The outdoor lighting gave the perfect ambiance for the fire pit. If we had more time we would have been able to hike or bike the fantastic trail just outside the back door. As a lover of the night sky, the view was absolutely stunning. So many shooting stars! Looking forward to another stay, as it had everything a small family could want in a home away from home.

Quiet and clean
I had a great experience here with my adult son and daughter! It was the perfect size and super cute! We loved the location, as it was quiet and we felt totally unplugged! It also had great access to downtown Hayward. I can’t think of any complaints, minus no pizza cutter….. but easily solved that problem with all the other kitchen tools! Highly recommend this place.
