"I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it wasn’t anything like my experience in Nov when I also stayed there and had a great time. First of all my bedsheet had a blood stain and looked worn, I requested to have it changed but no response till I left. Then my toilet clogged and even though I reported it three times to the front desk, it took them almost 14 hours to come and fix it . I complained and requested to have my room changed but was told the hotel was full and I would be on a waitlist and of course they never called me. The offered me a complimentary breakfast for all my trouble, imagine that! For the traumatic experience of not being able to use my own toilet for over 12 hours. That weekend the hotel was so rowdy perhaps because of spring break but the ladies guest toilet on the ground floor was stinking. This was inexcusable for a hotel of that standard. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed "

"This was business travel. No one could get me a final receipt with a zero balance for hotel reservation. It was impossible to get a person over the phone on Bookings.com with whom the facility is contracted with."

"Very clean hotel great location for concert at Kia Center. We took the shuttle the hotel provided to the concert and then walked back to the hotel along with other concert goers. We also had a tasty dinner at the hotel before the concert which was very convenient as well."

"Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food at the restaurant. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but related to the location and noise. There is a gas station directly across from the hotel where the local bikers and college kids hang out and blast music all night. I heard police sirens a couple of time through out the night which would temporarily quiet them. Impossible to get any sleep as the noise was o loud. That was Friday nigh and my room window faced in the direction of the gas station. Saturday I asked the front desk to move me to room facing on the opposite side of the hotel in hopes that it would be less noisy and it was slightly better, but still very noisy. A shame because the hotel itself is well allocated and the staff really does a great job. "
