A lovely stay! Clean and tidy and fantastic communication.

The property has a good location, within walking distance to the important locations. It was pretty well clean. The thing that I did not like was that they do not accept receiving items on your behalf and they claimed that it is the hotel policy which does not make sense. I forgot my items in where I used to live and a guy from the cleaning service volunteered to help. I was not at the hotel and asked him to handle the stuff to the reception. However, the reception refused. I called them and clarified that I am not home, but they kept refusing. For me, this is a weird action that never happened before and unacceptable. I wanted to give 5 starts to this hotel, but after what happed I could not.

Great converted warehouse building, with big, comfortable and stylish rooms. The staff were very helpful and the bar had great cocktails.
