Good for commuting to the airport
It's good if you need to stay near the airport as well as the motorway. It's hard to access it without a car or taxi though. The place is neat, clean, quiet, nothing to complain about really.

The definition of a false economy
This apartment is the definition of a false economy. Situated in a neighbourhood that lacks shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, travelers arriving in the evening might be taken back by the area's industrial nature. Since we had arrived straight off a plane, we had no groceries. Luckily a 15 minute roundabout walk in the dark, in an area that represents a wasteland rather than neighbourhood, we spotted a Holiday Inn. We had dinner there. The apartment itself was barely warm, and lacked instructions or the capability of switching on the heaters. There was no instruction manual or any kind of kit to explain the apartment or nearby amenities or services. This is not welcoming in the slightest. Furthermore, the curtains were transparent, which was extremely uncomfortable because our particular apartment was located on the ground floor, allowing anyone to peer into the windows should they wish. It also meant street lights were apparent from the room. Not the most conducive environment for sleep. A taxi from the nearby airport costs around 20 Euro. It costs double that to get into the city with a specific airport taxi. This underscores that saving a few euros on this apartment is lost because it's expensive to reach by taxi, and furthermore, the local Holiday Inn was not much more in price. However, a hotel offers baggage storage, better transport links, a reception desk and no doubt curtains and heating.

didnt get a code to get in!
apartment was great and we walked to it from the airport, it was 30 mins walk but a bit hard to find. We were supposed to be sent on e mail a door code, we didn't get this so at the various apartment blocks we didn't know which one was ours, nor could we get in! We asked people and a nice man let us use his phone as ours wouldn't connect, and we got the door code and got in-eventually!

Neat and clean apartment.
A modest room/apartment, with a bedroom and a bath. Easy to get to, and easy to access. Has everything one needs! A perfect base for a week/weekend in Finland! It was perfect for my stay! Will come back!

Ovikoodisysteemi yksinkertaisemmaksi
Vastasi muuten täysin odotuksia ja tarpeita paitsi, että oikean oven avaavan näppäimistön löytäminen teetti työtä. Toisessa ovessa pyöritettävä "lukko" toisessa ovessa toimimaton näppäimistö. Lopulta oven vierestä löytyi musta, ja oven avaava näppäimistö. Tätä asiaa voisi yksinkertaistaa. Mainiota oli asunnon hiljaisuus. Lentokentän läheisyyttä ei melun puolesta huomannut. Muutenkin oli mukavan hiljaista.

Enkel leilighet - ikke hotell
Dette er ikke et hotell, men et ubetjent leilighetskompleks hvor du får en kode for å komme inn. Det er vanskelig å finne og ligger litt over 3 km fra flyplassen. Komforten er svært enkel med senger som du finner på et barnerom. Inneholder kombinert stue og kjøkken og et soverom. 3 senger i leiligheten. Dårlig alternativ hvis du skal ha en overnatting for så å reise videre. Ingen service. Lars

Varattiin huone viidelle, mutta kun saimme huoneen se olikin 4 hengelle. Puhelinsoitto asiakaspalveluun, josta vastattiin suhteellisen nopeasti ja saimme toisen huoneen samantien pahoittelujen kera. Voin suositella hotellia muillekin.

Tämä on syrjässä kaikesta, ainoa tarkoitus koko hotellille kuten nimestä näkyy täytyy olla että voi yöpyä lähellä lentokenttää. Asunto Oli iso, tilava ja päällisin puolin siisti. Idea ovikoodista tekstiviestillä on kätevä. Muuten kuin yhdeksi yöksi tai isomman porukan illanvieton yöpymispaikaksi tästä hotellista ei ole. Suihkun hana oli melkein irti, verkkojohtoja sai ohjeen mukaan asennella itse ja lakanatkin tuli laittaa itse.

공항에서 멀지 않아서 좋긴한데 교통이 조금은 불편해서 택시로 이동하는게 좋은 것 같고, 객실의 상태는 정말 좋았습니다. 아파트형이라 취사도 편하고 집이 넓어서 좋았습니다.

Homy unit near the airport and a shopping center
These kind of fully furnished apartments are a more affordable option to hotels to stay overnight in a city. This Forenom one at Pyhtäänkorventie 21 is close to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport and the shopping center Jumbo. There's free parking at an appointed parking slot by the apartment building. Arriving to the complex is a bit confusing because there are several other apartment buildings next to the Forenom one. I'd suggest Forenom to mark to their client text messages the letter (J if I remeber right) of the correct building even if all the parking takes place right next to it. After hesistantly walking towards a building wh our bags and confirming that ours was indeed the closest to our car, we proceeded to the code box next to the door to key in our personal door code. After several tries and unavoidable frustration I spotted another code box (black box with rubbed off letters saying Forenom) further away from the door. Yes, it worked but wonder how many calls the company gets every day when people don't notice the other box, only the closest one! Indeed, I helped two separate groups arriving later that night to get in after they had tried the closest box several times (and I was conveniently in front of the building with my mate)! Arrival to the unit itself was pleasant and especially for my parents who are used to hotel rooms. We brought some food with us from home and bought a few other items later from Jumbo (there's Prisma and CityMarket downstairs the sh. center).

Kätevä vaihtoehto lähellä lentokenttää
Todella siisti huoneisto. Ainoa miinus oli paikan vaikea löydettävyys. Pimeään aikaan saavuttaessa oikeaa taloa on erittäin hankala paikallistaa. Samoin oikeaa parkkiruutua koska numeroita ei ole valaistu.

Kyseessä ei ole hotelli vaan huoneisto lähellä lentoasemaa. Huoneisto oli hyvin varusteltu ja siisti. Lentokoneiden ääni ei häirinnyt.

Цель, по которой мы остановились в данном отеле, была достигнута. Все устроило. Апартаменты полностью на самообслуживании, никакого интерактива. Все делаешь сам, получая код от двери и wifi по смс. Ночью нашли с трудом. В остальном все понравилось. Большая квартира в скандинавской стиле. Ничего лишнего.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja verrattain mukava, mutta palveluita ei ollut saatavilla missään, ei edes Wi-Fihin saanut yhteyttä. Sijainti on myös sellainen, että sinne oli hyvin vaikea löytää, varsinkin keskellä yötä, jolloin poikani saapui sinne perheineen. Taksinkuljettajillakin oli vaikeuksia löytää paikka siellä metsänrinnassa kaikkien kerrostalojen takana. Myös se, että täytyi luottaa tekniikkaan, että pääsi ovesta sisälle oli ulkomailta tullessa vähän arveluttavaa.

"Forenom Apartments Airport has no reception and uses a keyless entry system. A keycode will be sent to guests' mobile phone and email on the day of arrival" - говорится на сайте. Рецепции действительно нет, но кода замка к прибытию не прислали. Пришлось связываться с Forenom. "Ой, простите, мы ЗАБЫЛИ!". Связь с Forenom - отдельный квест: звонишь по телефону, указанному на сайте, IVR предлагает заказать обратный звонок оператора, он перезвонит, когда освободится. Заказал. По всей видимости, за неделю ни один оператор так и не освободился, так как звонка не последовало. Ну и, наконец, вишенка на торте: при заселении мы обнаружили разбитую крышку от унитаза. После выселения получили письмо от Forenom с предложением оплатить эту крышку - дескать это МЫ ее разбили. Интересно, сколько постояльцев уже оплатили эту крышку? Не заметить ее раскола просто невозможно, а осколков в номере не было - значит, была разбита не непосредственно перед нашим заселением...
