Detached house with 750 m2 of garden and private pool. The pool has a heating system - safety lock for children. It consists of 2 floors and wide openings to the garden. Maximum brightness and comfort.
On the ground floor there is a room with its large bathroom with shower + bath, very large living room, dressing room, laundry room and a spacious kitchen with dining room.
On the first floor consists of 3 beautiful rooms all exterior, a full bathroom and a study-office.
the perfect orientation to the south allows the sea breeze does not prevent life abroad. In addition to the outdoor area with amlia table and electric awning, it has a covered porch that allows us to enjoy the outside even when it is raining. For this, a large professional stainless steel iron accompanies family meals.
The 9X4 pool has a rigid open cover that ensures the desired water temperature.
The garden surrounds the house on 3 sides and is basically composed of grass and a few trees.
In a short walk of 1.5 km, we reach the beach of Hendaye with a width of 3 km that allows long walks and enjoy a unique landscape.

Très agréable maison
Maison confortable et bien équipée. Piscine agréable, espaces repas et repos bien repartis, et Des hôtes qui répondent à toute demande. Mais la maison nécessite un grand coup de peinture à l’étage, et quelques réparations courantes. l’accès à la plage n’est possible qu’en voiture ou en bus (qui passe à 100 m de la maison) car elle est sur les hauteurs de la ville. Cela n’empêche pas un séjour agréable mais nécessite un peu d’intendance pour les courses et les balades. Nous étions 4 générations et personne ne s’est gêné, la maison est parfaitement agencée pour cette configuration.

Déçu - bilan mitigé
Séjour Août 2021 Points forts : - Maison bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine ( assiettes, épices) et buanderie ( lave linge, sèche linge) très pratique quand on a des enfants, -Serviettes de bain à disposition -Système de fermeture de la piscine pour les enfants - la mer pas loin en voiture Points négatifs : - maison très humide, difficile de bien respirer dans les chambres malgré qu’on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes. Fenêtre qui s’ouvre pas assez dans la chambre du bas, traces d’humidité dans la salle de bain du bas... - vis à vis très important : si vous rêvez d’intimité c est raté 3 maisons ont leur fenêtres plongeant sur l’extérieur et la piscine - la piscine ne s’ouvre qu aux 1/3, reste tt le tps fermée aux 2/3 pas très agréable avec le système d’abris en plexi - la piscine avec un « système de chauffage-verrouillage » n est en rien chauffée! Le propriétaire joue sur les mots, elle n’est pas « climatisée » comme il dit, c est à dire pas chauffée! Une température de l’eau qui monte difficilement bien que on laisse le système fermé la nuit comme indiqué - le robot de la piscine doit être laissé dans la piscine tout le temps, pas très évident avec les enfants - les couvertures blanches sont tachées de marrons, demanderaient à être changées pour certaines d’entre elles. - distance à la mer: pas loin à vol d’oiseau mais difficilement faisable à pieds avec le dénivelé Bilan : mitigé, à ne louer que si le prix n’est pas excessif. Pour notre part, au mois d’août, prix beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations de la maison.

Maison très agréable
Super séjour dans cette maison. Les parties communes sont très agréables, bien placée pour sortir visiter le Pays Basque et la plage est accessible à pied pour des personnes en forme (25min), sinon il y a des bus. Petit malentendu sur la présence d'un lit dans la cinquième chambre, mais problème réglé immédiatement à l'arrivée sans soucis ! Communication facile et super accueil, merci pour ce séjour !

Maison agréable. Peut être quelques " détails " a changer ou à améliorer. Mais dans l'ensemble la maison est telle que la description de l'annonce. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux messages (mails)et est très aimable . Nous avons pas eu le privilège de le voir, mais nous avons été accueillis par une de ses amies(arrivée et départ ).Très aimable et serviable. De même, rapidité lors de mes questions /renseignements par sms lors de notre séjour.

Super Séjour à Hendaye
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hendaye. La maison est très grande, avec une belle terrasse très conviviale et une piscine très agréable. Nous avons été de plus très bien accueillis, et nos hôtes nous ont donné des conseils sur la région, les bonnes adresses des restaurants et les visites à faire.
