The pitiful thing is was not able to change towels although i have used it for wellness. But also dinner was a buffet with all similar ingredients so if you stay more than 2nights you will see how much things are mutual from yesterday.

Calm hotel close to thermal lake
Calm, adult only gastro and wellness hotel, just 5-min walk from the Hévíz thermal lake entrance. 2nd time here (oct2022 and jun2023), simply unbeatable.

Far away from a 4 star hotel
This hotel is very far away from a 4 star hotel, the rooms, furniture, the variety and the quality of the food in the restaurant is far far away from a 4 star hotel. Only few parking spots, no underground garage.

Great experience! Hotel was super well located and the spa was amazing. I really enjoyed the restaurant and the food was good, the menu and breakfast was limited due to COVID-19, but I did not lack anything and was pleased with the selection.

We had a good experience overall. The room was small but clean. The food was very good every day during our four day stay. The only really frustrating issue was the quality of wifi; totally unreliable.

The hotel is in a pedestrian street mere steps away for Lake Heviz. Rooms clean and comfortable. Management sent a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. A very nice touch.

Yet again a fabulous stay in a superior clean and staff friendly hotel. Excellent buffet breakfasts and dinners, large bedrooms, great pool and spa, and super friendly helpful staff.

Der Massageraum war sehr laut (Lüftung) und auch nicht nach meinem Geschmack da bei der Fußmassage Kaum massiert wurde, war auch kürzer als die angegebene Zeit und die Bambusmassage nicht sehr effektiv. Mehrere technische Mängel im Zimmer defekt aber Essen sehr gut. Zoltan sehr netter Manager. Housekeeping hat uns ohne Überprüfung ins Zimmer gelassen

Stay away if you do not speak hungarian or german
This was our 5th stay in the hotel and it will be the last one. Hotel service and personnel went from Ok to terrible. Employees barely speak English and because of that they are trying to avoid any coversation. Alternatively they just speak to you in German like it is the same thing. As a result they can't and won't handle any issurs during your stay. Hotel marks as pet friendly offering dog beds, bowls and snacks. Nothing was provided even we asked several times for it throughout the and when asked at check out the only answer was wait we will bring it. Hotel rips you off on all charges as all the bills are converted to EUR and when you ask to pay in HUF they just convert the final sum.

S hotelem jsme byli vždy spokojeni. Nyní se to trochu zhoršilo. Po spláchnutí protékal splachovač a nebyl doplňován minibar. Jinak spokojenost, zejména s jídlem. To je neustále na vysoké úrovni.

Absolut zu empfehlen
Sehr geräumige Zimmer, die gut schallisoliert sind. Nachts konnten wir sogar das Balkonfenster geöffnet lassen, da auf der Straße davor nichts los war. Der Spa- und Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem deshalb, weil er bis 21 Uhr offen war und wir ihn somit nach dem Abendessen nutzen konnten. Das Highlight war das Buffet am Abend. Jeden Tag gab es sehr köstliche Speisen. Das Angebot wechselte täglich. Aufgrund dessen verzichteten wir sogar auf das a la Cart Essen. Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Unterkunft ganz toll! Personal war mal gut gelaunt und mal weniger gut gelaunt oder aufmerksam. Essen war reichlich und gut. Einziges Manko, die Parkplätze sind sehr eng und immer sehr gut belegt. Alles vorhanden für einen schönen Urlaub.

Excellent hotel!
If I could have stayed longer I would! Best staff, nice big room, and bath, with shower! Breakfast and dinner was good for everyone, lot to chose from at the buffé. Quite, and not long from the Heviz bath. Lot of bicyclerouts in the surroundings. What more can you ask for?
