“At check in was told that airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so be down in the lobby by 3:50 am because I wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00am. I made it a point to be in the lobby at 3:30AM ! Luckily I was there early because the shuttle driver came at 3:43 am?? If o would have come down at 3:50 am I would’ve missed the shuttle!!! Unacceptable..”
