"We absolutely loved our stay at the Interstate Inn! We had originally planned a weekend in Hico, but our Airbnb didn’t work out, and we were so thankful to find a room here—especially since we were traveling with our pup. Finding a dog-friendly place at the last minute isn’t always easy, and the Interstate Inn was the perfect surprise. The retro decor is so charming and thoughtfully done. The pool was the perfect place to relax—it was refreshingly cold on a hot Texas day, and having drink service poolside made it feel like a true getaway. One of our favorite touches was the adorable continental breakfast served in a retro Stanley lunchbox. It’s those little details that make this place so special. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning another staycation here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, unique, and welcoming place to stay in Stephenville!"
