Great place to stay. Staff was great. The only thing was I was charged at check out for room cleaning and incidentals. I don’t mind paying for room cleaning but the little things like shampoo, toothbrush and etc…. I thought was free. I feel bad because I didn’t know this was considered incidentals and denied using any incidentals and the charge was removed. (I thought it only pertained to the mini bar). The next hotel stay is where I understood what incidentals involved. I’m so sorry for not understanding. I would stay there again. Supermarket in the basement was great and what we missed at the next hotel stay.

Booked a room for four. 2 twin beds, a sofa bed and a bunk bed. Place is small but everything you need is there. We used the kitchen stove and microwave and the washer/dryer. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which is good if you have multiple people. Detergent was provided. Lots of towels. The shower water temperature was a bit finicky - takes a while for the water temperature settings to kick in and seems to not stay on one setting. Air conditioned room but seems that the room doesn’t get colder even though we tried lowering the thermometer on the thermostat. It was a bit warm in the room - probably around 23 degrees. Very close to the TCAT station - convenient for taking the limousine bus from both Narita and Haneda airports.

"We stayed for 3 days at Hotel Gracery. We had a room with two beds. By Japanese standards it was ok as we found out when we stayed an another hotel with 2 beds.
