Amazing stay at the Koh Yao Yai Village resort! From check in to check out the staff were very attentive and 5 star service. The private villas in the forest were very tastefully decorated and great layout. Very private and relaxing! Kudos to the front office manager Kroekphan who greeted us each morning to check up to see if we needed anything. Although this is a beautiful resort, props to all the staff! They definitely made stay with their heartwarming and friendly hospitality. Hard to believe this is only a 4 star resort. Definitely 5 star service!

Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.
