The room is dirty and run down and even had animals in it. Horrible property do not stay. We stayed at the other Avani property before Covid and thought this one would be the same standard

It was a relief when I arrived and my room was just as depicted. The bed was decently comfortable, the water pressure was okay, the air conditioner maintained a comfortable temperature and the wifi was stable/adequate. The only two things I didn't like was that the gym is permanently closed and I booked this hotel in hopes I could go to the gym. Also, every outlet in the room was extremely loose, so I had to get creative in keeping my devices charged. For this price point though, these are minor inconveniences so I can't fault the hotel in good conscience. Overall, this hotel is a good value and I enjoyed my stay.

Great location but a bit overpriced
The room was small and clean. Bed was ok but a bit firm. The hotel is next to Ben Thanh market so it is convenient. I didn’t eat breakfast there, though the restaurant in the lobby seems ok. Cons: the gym has not been functional and the hotel still advertises as part of the facilities. The lobby is used as a restaurant and it’s very busy. Hard to chill there. Water pressure needs improvement. Soundproofing almost nonexistent :(

Poor service and condition hotel
The hotel is very poor condition. This hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel but it is really a 1 star hotel. Every time I come in the hotel, the staff and reception staff doesn't greet me at all. No smiling faces at all.

Avoid at all cost. Staff very unfriendly. Misleading advertisement of room, shows what looks like a window but it is a fake window. Booked for three nights but only stayed one. Was prepared to upgrade to a room with a window, but they said they have no rooms with windows. Room was not clean.

Everything was good. A point to take note is most room come without window, do be careful if you prefer room with window. The noise insulation for door is quite bad. Other than that, everything is good. Fantastic location, good service from their staff.

Fine stay, great location, dirty bathroom. Value.
The hotel was conveniently located in the busy Ben Thanh market neighborhood. We walked everywhere from here. Our room was on the 6th floor and had a small window (Deluxe Double room). It was very quiet, the AC worked well, and there were 2 free water bottles in the bathroom (water in mini-fridge was not free). The gym was minimal and a little unkempt, but we were grateful to have it available. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was typical (buffet, some local offerings and some hardboiled eggs and fruit, bread, etc). Our only real complaint- the bathroom was NOT clean. Lots of mildew/ mold around the shower, other people's hair on the floor, it was not well cleaned. That said, it was a good price, good neighborhood, friendly staff, it was just fine! Would stay again.

I booked the superior rooms without realising they have no windows. They ventilation is not fantastic. We always came back with a stench even when room was made up. But the breakfast spread is good.

I didnt expected that hotel under $50 got such nice n clean n cosy room. This point already impress me . And it location is great walking distance to various eating houses ... shopping .... massage spa and casino.... etc etc...

It was an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean and strategically located in the heart of Saigon. Ben Thanh market was just nearby so we could just walk to reach the market. The staff were very accomodating too. They assisted us a lot. We’d recommend this place!

The receptionist when i checked in was very unfriendly. She gave us a small tiny room and demand upgrade fees if I want room with windows..saying that with windows are not available. Upon paying fees in cash. Realised that bigger rooms are available. Still no windows. We suspect she kept the upgrade fees to herself. Did not manage to take her name down. Unhappy check in experience.

So good it was just few steps to reach big local market. Street food shops are all around the corners. Also you can get stuffs from CV stores along the way. Clean and big room, very good location at affordable price.

OK for a short stay
The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of most main attractions. The check-in process was quick and simple, and the reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is very good and stable. The hotel is new but has shown weariness and the room is very small. For the price you pay, you can find better hotels nearby.

Most convenient location
Right in the heart of Ben Thanh market. Walking distance to Saigon Square. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Room is clean. Many eateries near by. I would definitely stay at Avanti Boutique again.
