I read all the negative reviews and I was nervous about the unit but honestly the unit was amazing we loved it. Better than any hotel out there. Really felt as if we were at home. Would stay again.

The property was very nice and clean. Except for black spots on the wall behind the one of toilets. Sent screen shot to the Comtact Person with no response. We rented the apartment for the weekend and was not sure about the check in process. Called the number on the reservation email and it took several hours before the call was returned. The agent called back and said she would send the code and unit number. That took another hour and then the incorrect information was sent to us. Called about the mix up and she didn''t answer the phone. It took another 30 minutes to get on the unit. We enjoyed the unit, everything was good; except for the black spots on the wall and the check-in process.

I was REALLY excited about this place because of its full kitchen and in-unit laundry. And the place really was lovely, and such a gift to a weary business traveler used to hearing up frozen meals in a hotel room microwave and having to vie for a turn at a hotel's one community washer and dryer for laundry. If having access to a full kitchen and laundry is important to you, you probably wont find a better option in the Hobbs area. That said, communication with the owner? Manager? (I have no idea who this person was) was literally abysmal. I arrived in town about an hour before check in time. Texted the mysterious number to see if i could get into the unit 30-60 minutes early. This greatly flustered this person, who basically gave me the runaround until finally texting me the door access code at 3:01. LOL. The first few days, I had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed. It was summer in NM, so very hot. The A/C was definitely on the fritz the whole time I was there. One of the toilets wouldn't flush. One of the TVs didn't work. Though I texted the mysterious manager (?) several times in the first 3-5 days i was there, and they kept saying the maintenance man was going to come, he never did. Additionally, a lot of basic household items were missing. I had no glasses to drink out of; only three small coffee cups. There were no oven mitts or kitchen dishtowels or washcloths for the bathroom. And the beds were both horrifically uncomfortable.

We have stayed at Courtyard Villas in Hobbs on previous occasions and were disappointed this time. The apartments are overall nice but do need a deep cleaning and extra attention to detail, cob webs in corners and on light fixtures and fans, toilet seat in master bathroom was loose,/ broken, no iron, mattresses are not pillow top as stated, we had no internet service even after making contact with manager several times, outside of property needs to be cleaned also as there were beer cans and trash in patio area and parking area.

This is the place to stay at.
This is a great place to stay at. Close to restaurants and stores. I was happy that I was able to contact the manager over a few issues when we got to the place. She was prompt in responding. We really enjoyed our stay and will return. If you haven’t stayed here, you won’t be disappointed!!! Excellent choice, excellent place.

Very disappointed with this property. We had to be moved to a new room 3 times due to the lack of cleanliness. The first room hadn’t been cleaned at all, unmade bed and dishes everywhere. The second room was just as filthy and had a smoke detector with no battery beeping loudly throughout the villa, we settled on the 3rd Villa just became we were exhausted. Internet didn’t work. Sticky drink rings on both night stands, I cleaned actually dipping tobacco off the wall in the master bath. Disgusting! We couldn’t stay another night and left the next day.

Awesome place to stay. Great value!
Location is absolutely perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, all the convenience you will need including a movie theater and Starbucks within walking distance. Quiet and peaceful just overall a great value for the price.

This is the second time I have been waiting for check in information well past check in time of 3:00 p.m. I really enjoy staying here, but it is very frustrating to sit in the car for an hour or two waiting to get settled in.

The Villa is great for the price, nice and clean, the only problem was both king beds were very uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a sofa bed.

This property is very nice and clean. I have stayed here before and had no problems. The issue that I had this time was the toilet in the master bedroom wouldn’t flush and would overflow, the front door top lock didn’t lock and there was no WiFi connection.

Courtyard Villas
This is my second stay at the Courtyard Villas, and I have enjoyed them both. The location is great, with a Walmart and plenty of eating options nearby. The Walmart comes in handy if you didn't bring anything to cook in the full kitchen-all pots/pans/utensils are already in place. The full-size washer and dryer are also nice to have available. The Check-in process is a bit weird if you have never stayed here. You will get a text message giving you your room number, the code for the door, and the wi-fi password. If you paid online, you will likely never see anybody from the property. My only knock on the property is that on both stays, the showers were draining slow. It turned out to be hair clogging the drains both times. The place is clean, but not spotless... I will stay here every time I am in Hobbs and they have room for me.

The villa was amazing!
Everything at the villa was over the top! Includes ; great daily rates, great kitchen with granite countertops, silverware, and dishes, awesome bedrooms, cozy livingroom, and beautiful exterior. The only negative was the wifi. We couldn't connect. The wifi ID was unrecognizable and the password didn't work (the given password was 1 chatacter short.)

We were very disappointed with our stay in Unit D 1. Toilet backed up 2. No internet service until our second day there 3. ugly brown spill in front of refrigerator 4. TV in 2nd bedroom did not work 5. Dirt, crumbs under sofa cushions in living room and bedroom 6. Lamps did not work, some without bulbs had to switch bulbs around. Lamp shades were just balanced on light bulb due to incorrect shade being used 7. Faucets in shower not working properly, not secure and hard to turn 8. Kitchen faucet hard to turn 9. Hole in master bedroom covered with duct tape 10. lots of Cigarette butts on property 11. No light bulb inside main shower We stayed on property two years ago when they were better maintained

Great home away from home
We always stay here when we visit family in Hobbs. There are minor issues, as with any "house" like door knobs that stick, a slow draining shower every once in a while, etc. We won't stay anywhere else because it gives us all the comforts of home, including separate bedrooms, all for less than the cost of some hotel rooms.

The rooms had NO hangers, NO extra blankets, Only three pillows in the place for a king size bed and a queen size bed (3 total). Dirty towels hanging in shower from last guest. Ceiling fans were filthy. Coffee cups were too small for the kuerig coffee machine. Coffee kept overflowing out of cup and there was NO adusting the amount of water that came out. There was no K Cups to make coffee (had to go buy my own).

This is a very nice place looks like the cleaning crew and maintenance crew is slacking off . Pictures were dusty,cabinets were dusty inside. Ice maker does not work,guest shower needs re grouted in lower corner,main shower has no window covering so we could not use it , neighbors can walk up and look right in( it has a clear window). The router is in main bedroom closet and is hanging by the wires,light in closet when turned on tripped the breaker and the whole house went dark. This is a great place to stay , it's roomy, it's really nice I know that sounds crazy after this review but it is. I think they need a quality person to come around and check out each unit before it is rented that is unbiased and this review would not have these details missed.

Probably would not stay again.
Problems no office,no house, cleaning, no maintenance onsite showers would not drain if you ran water in the showers for more than a minute you would flood the bathroom. There was no was clothes, no hand towels, called the number we found outside at the end of the building with no answer, however they did return my phone call later in the afternoon, told me they would send housekeeping over with hand towels and washcloths and fix the drainage problem none of the above ever happened. First impression, nice looking neighborhood, lots of parking, however the courtyard was filthy cigarette butts everywhere furniture torn and tattered not the pictures Shown on the website.Room was great it's a small 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, full kitchen and living room and full size washer dryer in a spacious closet, condition inside is great for the price.
