Perfect home for a family weekend getaway!
This three bedroom home had plenty of room for our family of 6 who was in town for a wedding. With a nice big living room and very functional kitchen, it perfectly suited all of our needs! Owner was very accommodating and communicated well.

Comfy stay for a wedding
The house was comfy and well stocked. I only wish the doors closed a little quieter as we traveled with our 4 and 2yos which were startled when opening or closing doors. This beat having a hotel by far and would look to rent again for future trips in Holland.

Wedding Celebration
We were two couples and two singles staying in Holland for a wedding. We were very impressed with the beauty of the very large backyard campfire and pool area. The home was also very spacious inside and very comfortable for simply being together. We also enjoyed walking the pathway toward a lovely park area. Thank you, Harietta!

Super close to restaurants, Dutch Village, and downtown Holland. Ottawa Beach is beautiful and only ten minutes away. Home was very nice and the pool was wonderful.

Great summer getaway
Overall we loved the properly! Great location! Its a 4-5 min drive to Holland State Park and Tunnel Beach and also close to downtown Holland. The pool is also super nice! We absolutely loved our time in Holland and this home truly felt like a home away from home while we were there. Harriett was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We couldnt have had a better time!

Nice property close to downtown
We came during the spring so the pool was not open yet. The house was cozy and clean. We were close to downtown Holland and were able to easily go grocery shopping for our short stay. We enjoyed the house and would love to come back to use the pool!

My initial reaction to this home is that it was very cute and spacious. There was plenty of room for our friends and our family. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and bikes. Would stay again!

Bike path right there. Not a complete cookware in kitchen. No sauce pans or good fry pan. Very busy street. Pool nice cleaned 3 of the 5 days there. Plenty of towels for pool. Games and activities for children in breezeway but they sat on loose stacked crates not secure for kids to be near, so we closed off that room.

We enjoyed our stay. We had some bad luck with things going wrong at the property, but the host was very responsive and immediately fixed the issue. The house is set up well for families and the kids enjoyed the pool. Just a few minutes from a great coffee shop and Holland state park.

Description was as described. Easy check in.bGreat location to everything in Holland. FYI - 2.5 mile drive to state park on Lake Michigan took 25 minutes to get to park to watch the sunset and this was in April.

Harriet was fantastic to work with. She was quick to reply whenever we had a question. Provided all of the information we needed for check in and check out in a timely fashion. There were plenty of extra little things in the house...plenty of trash bags, salt, pepper, etc... Nice that everything was on one level for traveling with my elderly folks. Good mix of carpet and tile. We brought our own floats for the pool, but there were plenty there. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was plenty big enough for the meals were were cooking. Would definitely stay again! Caught huge fish down at the fishing access in the channel by the state park!

We really enjoyed this property in Holland and look forward to going back, it was exactly what we were looking for and far exceeded our expectations! Most of our family lives in Holland area so we didn't need a huge house but the outdoor space, patios, pool, backyard and parking space are huge so it was easy to accommodate the entire group! The house and property are well maintained and bikes in the garage made getting to the beach easy. There are bike paths all around this neighborhood. The pool was cleaned daily and the pool area is lovely, with lots of seating and shade. We also enjoyed the firepit and made nightly smores! We had perfect weather which allowed us to spend the entire week outside. The owner and her family were very helpful and easy to work with. We will be back!

Loved everything about it. Beds were comfortable, and the pool was fantastic. We had trouble getting into the property. I was sent digital access by vrbo that didn’t do anything, and no information about how to get in was included. If we hadn’t discovered the back door was unlocked, I’m not sure how long we might have had to wait to get in. Still, we had a great time and really loved the property.

Wonderful Family Vacation
The perfect ranch-style family house! We loved having our family vacation here. It was nice to have all the bedrooms in one wing and a bonus games room off the garage. The property is a really convenient distance to the beach and to downtown. We loved swimming in the pool and grilling out. The place was very clean and tidy and owners couldn’t be nicer! Next time, we’ll take the bikes out on the trail that runs in front of the house. Can’t wait to come back!

This home was extremely clean and everything was in complete working order as described. The pool was amazing and was cleaned daily on off hours. Todd and Harriet are very proud owners and make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. They provided a complete agenda emailed prior to check-in and a “house book” of all local attractions, events, restaurants as well as grocery, pharmacy and emergency numbers. We stayed with our adult daughters and their infant sons. The gated patio and gated pool put our minds at ease the entire week. I highly recommend this property to those experienced with home rentals and definitely those first time renters. Cheers!
