Outdated, dirty, smelly room. For $175 a night, I’d expect much better.

The check in was bobinden the window not friendly at all the room wasn’t clean.the sheets were dirty and had cigarette burn holes. Bathroom not that clean and not enough soap shampoo no hair dryer. TV didn’t work. Noisy motorcycles in the parking were loud noises .

It seems like they just remodeled the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. Parking wasn’t an issue for us, but we did get back to our room late at night.
My only issue was that I called to let them know I was going to be a late check in and they said they couldn’t hold the room because hotels.com does not pay them upfront. Luckily my sister lives in the area and was able to go and check in for us. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

When arriving was informed we could have no visitors and deposit was done only in cash. The room had dirty spots on the walls and Sheetrock chipping off of wall. No hot water and was overall unsafe at times due to the homeless people

This hotel makes you feel so insecure, I prefered not to stay, it is expensive for the conditions of the hotel, I paid almost the same for another brand hotel just a few miles away.

It’s great for what you pay for! House keeping came in and replenished towels and made beds when we didn’t even ask. Staff was friendly!

Place is run down, looks nothing like the nice photos in the website, it looks MUCH more worn down, no breakfast, beds are uneven and uncomfortable, AC barely worked, parking is limited, no other significant amenities

There were cockroaches on the walls and dead all over the walkway carpets. There were hairs under the unwashed sheets. The walls are stained and they refused my refund because i moved the sheet to find the hairs under them. The person working there is deceptive he will try and trick you don't give them your money you won't stay!

The bed was barely put together and made SO much noise. The folks working there were also not pleasant in the least.

Picture are deceptive very run down. Staff not very friendly. Shower only got luke warm. Construction next door woke us at 7:00 am. Dead bolt on door didn’t lock, didn’t feel safe.

If you’re looking to get some rest stay somewhere else. Stayed for 2 nights and it was super loud. Room and walls looked like they were falling apart. Wouldn’t recommend

The location was great to the Pantages Theater, however what I paid was not what I got. The towels were dirty. There’s a lot of homeless people around, there’s a lot of outside noise and the person above our room kept walking around. I’m assuming the walls are very thin since we heard everything that was going on. I decided to checkout earlier and go home to get some rest. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Not happy at all ,microwave r so nasty and dirty badroom r not very clear. In early morning someone keep knocking our room around 430 am morning couples times can't sleep. Call the office. He say. They can't doing not about it . He lie to us didn't see anyone no respond but I ask the construction outside the man told someone did keep knocking our door and hold the long metal stick . Not safe at all. Can't not get refunded back . He's so rude and walk away.also the the bedroom was sink was stuck .

This spot is Tucktaway in a nice quiet, unassuming spot in the heart of Hollywood and is a hidden gem. Parking on site, walking distance from major venues and 24 hour on site service. My only concern was a squeaky bed which may have been an aluminum bedframe, but other than that everything was fantastic!
