“The service was terrible! To start with there was no one staffing the check-in. I guess an unmanned front desk saves money, but it was a pain since you were expected to have a cell phone, which I do not have. I came instead with a confirmation printout from when I first made the reservation. Check-in was eventually resolved through a video conference using provided equipment.
The awkward automated check-in process could be excused as a money saving feature. However, the worst service came……

“Beds are extremely uncomfortable. They have some of the cheapest spring matresses you can find. Ours sank in the middle. There was no elevator, and naturally they put us on the 2nd floor. Had to carry everything up stairs. Nothing really stood out as "good" about this hotel.”
