“I am a picky person when it comes to cleanliness, and this place passed the test! Very clean. Pros: Cleanliness, location, easy parking, A/C was great, and it was spacious for 5 people. Cons: Kitchen is not well-stocked, pets can not be left unattended and you don't know that until you get the check-in information the day of, and blinds were broken in the bedroom and on the front door so you couldn't close them at all (that's a problem when people are changing in bedrooms) I would suggest the……

“The grass was long. There were shrubs with thorns”

“Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. “Thank-you for sharing your cottage. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.”

“Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.”

“Enjoyed the stay and great host”

“Stayed here for a Hawkeye Football weekend - it was perfect!”

“This is a charming place right near Czech Village. Kadia was a gracious host and even made a special trip over to allow me access to laundry (not advertised) since I had been camping in the days prior.”

“The place was overall as expected by pictures, but the smell of old smoke was overwhelming and a huge issue for me.”

“Great space for a family! The outdoor space was so nice. It was early in the outdoor season. The deck, table, and grill needing to be wiped off. Indoor spaces were very clean. Hosts were very helpful! The beds could be more comfortable. The kitchen space and living area are wonderful for spending time with family!”
