"Room was very clean. Absolutely loved the view from our balcony. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Pools were great. Restaurant was amazing. Loved how close the hotel was to the beach and all the shopping. Overall 5 stars but one negative thing was the water pressure was very low and it was very hard to get the temperature right, it was either scalding hot or ice cold. Other than that everything was amazing, we would stay here again."

"Beautiful property and room! We had the ocean view with the king size bed and I think we found our go to hotel when traveling to Oahu. It has a bridge on 2nd floor that’ll take u straight to alamoana mall which is super useful!"

"The room and hotel were clean and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed staying here it was just a little hard that every single additional thing was a pretty extensive up charge. I should’ve done more research, but it may have been better to stay somewhere with a resort fee that way many things would be included with that one charge rather than charging even more for each individual thing. Still a great property, just expensive for what it is and what you get."
