Our cozy holiday home is located at the mouth of the Westerschelde, between the Dutch fishing village of Breskens and the town of Hoofdplaat. The house is perfect for rest and relaxation, and is located on an 800 m2 property which is central but out of the way of the bustle. The beach and many sights are nearby.

Family summer holiday
Overall a nice stay in a very calm environment. But not walking distance to the sea/beach, not noise isolated if you have you children who take naps,outdated furniture and not properly cleaned, the stairs is not suited for kids under 6yrs old or eldery people

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung im Voraus und vor Ort war super. Bei unserer Anreise stand das Babybett nicht zur Verfügung, was aber noch am gleichen Tag behoben wurde. Das Ferienhaus ist tatsächlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und roch auch bei uns leider durchgängig "muffig". Die Ausstattung war alles in allem gepflegt, wenn man eben das Alter der Einrichtung berücksichtigt. Die Umgebung war ruhig und super schön um Ausflüge ans Meer oder die umliegenden Ortschaften zu machen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es nahezu täglich Feldarbeit, was uns persönlich jedoch nur in Ausnahmefällen gestört hat, wenn unser Sohn schlafen wollte. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit dem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen. Obwohl man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe reingesteckt wurde, muss man für einen Urlaub hier etwas übrig haben für "urige" Unterkünfte.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Man hat seine Ruhe, das Haus ist etwas abgelegen. Ausstattung war auch alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Man merkt eben anhand der Ausstattung, dass das Haus schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. An einigen Ecken hingen Spinnweben und es war nicht ganz so sauber, ebenfalls waren einige Dinge kaputt. Im Haus roch es leider etwas modrig. Auch wenn man das Haus verlassen hat, hat man den Geruch überall. Ansonsten war alles gut. Würde wiederkommen! Kann das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Miethaus mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles was man braucht war vorhanden, auch die Vermittlungs-Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ebenso war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/Eigentümer sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Gut erholt, leider zu kurz.
Ein altes Haus, in dem für unsere Bedürfnisse alles vorhanden war. Man ist für sich, umgeben von Feldern. Für UNS war es ideal. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell überall.

Entspannter Urlaub im Flandernhaus
Wir haben schöne Tage im Haus verbracht, alles ist vorhanden, ruhige und angenehme Lage wo man den Tag genießen kann. Kurze Wege zum Strand. Lediglich die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist beschwerlich und steil. Auch von den vorhandenen Fahrrädern konnte leider keins benutzt werden.

Mooie plek, maar niet bijzonder geschikt voor senioren, wegens erg gevaarlijke trap en lage balken, waartegen je gauw je hoofd stoot. Ook dient e.e.a. rondom het huis wel opgeknapt te worden. Stoeptegels liggen schots en scheef

In der Erntezeit zu laut
Alles wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Kontakt mit Vermieter freundlich und schnell. Nachts fuhren manchmal gar keine Autos und es war auch mal wirklich still. An unserem zweiten Sonntag gab es keine Feldarbeit. Wir haben uns an den Bewertungen orientiert, dennoch war es dumm von uns zu glauben, an der Kreuzung zweier Landstraßen inmitten landwirtschaftlich geprägter Gegend während der Erntezeit und in Nachbarschaft eines Bauernhofes Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. In den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes im September wurden fast sämtliche Felder um uns herum mit großem Gerät beackert, geerntet, mehrfach geeggt, Heu gemäht, gewendet und eingeholt. Wir wollen das Haus nicht schlecht machen, aber die Lage ist zumindest während der Erntezeit und zumindest für sehr geräuschempfindliche Menschen, die Ruhe suchen, nicht zu empfehlen.

Gerne wieder ins Flandernhaus
Das Haus ist hervorragend, nostalgisch eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Per WhatsApp oder auch per Telefon. Festanschluss im Haus funktionierte. Damit war auch das Verhuurbüro zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
