Way to much road and rail noise . Every 45 min a train would go by waking you up… then truckers doing there pretrip an honking the horns waking you up

Very unclean and dirty :((
It was our second time staying. Sent an email to the hotel advising concerns. To be told they are renovating etc. didn’t excuse the fact that the room was beyond unsatisfactory for a guest to stay in. We will not be staying here again…..

It’s Hope. Don’t expect much.
Sounds like there’s zero sound proofing. Stay upstairs if possible but still hearing conversations and showers from the neighbour. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

We were on our way to a concert in Vancouver and they let us get our hotel key on our way bye early which was very convenient for us, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast and the main hotel could use a renovation but the room was clean and very comfortable sleep. Was nice and quiet and we fell asleep fast. There was a refrigerator in the room and that was convenient for us since we were coming from grande cache, AB.

Well this hotel wasn’t like the pictures that it had on the internet, we did check in late and the staff was friendly but the room was very old and bathroom was small, noisy area sounded like someone was banging doors or trying to break into a vehicle. The room was warm and dry and no insects so i guess really all we were doing was sleeping there but next time I’m going to a newer place for the price it wasn’t worth it

While the room was clean, it was shabby, eg stained carpet, rickety old table and chairs, certainly not what we expected at the price we paid.

The coffee maker didnt work, there was old dried up cigarette butts by the bed. There was 2 throw rugs over a stain on the carpet. The only thing that is updated is the linen

Staff double rented the room and we had an intruder with a key trying to enter room late at night. When I contacted them a few days later they apologized for the error.

Basic accommodation in an expensive market. Looks like the owners are trying to bring it up to scratch but have a lot to do. Only one wash cloth and towel for two people, no facial tissues, and a missing fire alarm.

I happened to get a not so nice room, because I didn’t know the room I reserved was upstairs, no elevator, and I am mobility challenged. The one I was able to get had another challenging entrance, the carpet really needed to be replaced. But the staff was so friendly and helpful, the room super clean, the bed comfy. Just be sure to ask for ground floor if you can’t do stairs, and it is a budget-friendly stay.

It was a bare bones cheap bed for the night, and certainly fit the 'adequate' mark. The bed could have been more comfortable and the pillows definitely need to be replaced.
