Thank you for your review. We always aim to provide our guests with the best experience possible! Always remember that any issues in the place that you stay should be made with the owner upon arrival or immediately as any inconvenience or problem occurs. The only way for an owner to know if there is a problem is to make them aware of it and give the the opportunity to correct it. In this case, owner was not made aware of any issue until after the stay.

As requested and stated in the check in process, if there were any problems upon arrival they should’ve been directed to me at the time of arrival. We have always had top ratings for the cleanliness of our property. We were aware that the bed was broken because it was broken by the tenant that stayed before you and checked out the morning of your arrival. A piece of the corner of a trundle bed was broken; which did not hinder its functionality whatsoever. Not much could be done at that time. Number two, we do not allow smoking on our property and the people that stayed before you disregarded our rule. As for the hole in the wall I’m not even sure where that came from, there is no hole in the wall.

We are so sorry that we did not meet your standards. We leave a customer satisfaction survey for each guest. On that survey each entry was marked as satisfactory; including cleanliness. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and joy that comes from each our guest’s stays. When it comes to the refund of the damage deposit, there was a broken bed that could not be repaired and a broken board in the back of our couch. It’s unfortunate that these things happen but as a guest’s responsibility; homeowners should be aware immediately if anything is wrong upon arrival. We still thank you for choosing us for your stay.
