If you had called the office we would have taken care of the noise because it is unacceptable for loud guest to disturb others. We hope you had a nice time in Hot Springs. The room you stayed in was immediately checked and no sign of pest was found. The room is now closed off and we will inform pest control to check the room before it is rented again. I did notice your address is California so how many hotels did you stay in before arriving into our state at our hotel? Most hotels would appreciate you for bringing this to their attention for them to check out.

We never have problems at our hotel so guest should always feel safe while staying with us. We sincerly apologize for the person outside who was smoking in their car that made your room smell bad, however, none of our employees smoke so it must have been a hotel guest. We are also sorry the dining room was so busy while you were in it. Our Historic Downtown is one-half mile if one travels the back streets or one & one-half mile if one travels the main street to it. We hope you found some fun activities while inside our beautiful Hot Springs National Park and hope to see you again if you pass this way again.

You made your reservation through Expedia and we are sorry that you did not see where the expedia site states a 20 fee for pets that weigh up to 20 pounds. Pets over 20 pounds have a fee of 30 at our hotel. The fee covers the hair removal, additional cleaning, and additional room disinfecting that we do after a pet has been in one of our pet rooms. We have non-pet rooms and we have specific rooms set aside for pets. We hope you had a nice time in Hot Springs and a safe trip home.
