The room itself wasn’t bad but there were a few things that could use some improvements. The first thing was the bed. The bed was super firm and had me and my wife sore the next few days. Another thing that could use improvement is the continental breakfast. The only options that were offered was a waffle maker to make waffles, a few fruit options, and a random loaf of bread that may have been for making toast. There were no eggs or meat options such as sausage or bacon. And there may have been juice and coffee there. Lastly, during the entire 4 night stay no one came to our room to see if we needed anything such as fresh towels or room service. When we come back to Hot Springs I doubt we stay here again due to the things I mentioned above.
