Great hotel by the white sand beaches of Cancun

Beautiful beaches. The waters were so clear and calm. Tuerquosie color with white sands. Minute walk from the resort with available activities such as jet skis and parasailing for a fee.

On the beach & short walk to market & clubs.

The hotel was ok but they should update the room decor. Food service & show was good. Entertainment staff David was great. He helped us make our daughter's 21st Birthday a great one. I booked 4 rooms for party of 8 and 2 rooms experienced trouble. 1- refrigerator & AC was not working properly. They immediately fixed the problem. 2 - room safe was stuck. Ultimately the staff had to break into the safe so we could retrieve our valuables. Be very careful when going to clubs & taxi bc someone in our party got there purse stolen at club la vaquita when we were held hostage to pay for a bottle of water despite purchasing the all you can drink wrist band. don't believe all inclusive drinks at that bar. We ordered 1 bottle of water. And when we were ready to leave security & server held us hostage until we paid 60 pesos for the bottle of water. We assumed water was included with the club all you can drink policy. Also know your cab prices bc despite the taxi outside the club's signage displaying 130 pesos to return to our hotel he demanded 200 pesos. We explained what occurred to our hotel entertainer who recommended the club. And they tried there best to help us recover the stolen purse & the taxi cab but no prevail.

Close to the beach but small

Small and under construction very disappointed very noisy and the entrance thing bathe beach was far. Construction workers walking all around

Terrible

Our flight to Cancun was delayed so we called Expedia knowing we wouldn't get to the resort until 1am and as only staying one night didn't seem at all worth it originally gettinfin in at 6pm. Expedia said they couldn't contact resort so we bought 599 usd one way tickets to Cancun from Mexico City so we could make our hotel booking because would have worked out the same to stay at hotel in Mexico City when we arrived at the resort at 1am everything was shut I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do like extend our check out time to later the next day to which they said no. We woke up at 6:30 to take advantage of the breakfast at least as staff told us breakfast opened at 6;30 but when we got there it didn't start until 7am food was disgusting worst resort food Ive had ever and when we were about to check out manager called and said he heard what happened at would let us check out at 1 instead of 12 which was still ridiculous considering we paid 200 and basically stayed the next day not the night of our booking ate lunch which was seriously disgusting very bad never again staying here don't recommend to anyone please don't book for your own good

Not what I expected

First staff is friendly but room was not ready at check in time. Food is terrible and very little selection. Rooms are clean but beds are not comfortable also I booked a king size and got a full size bed. Hotel is not the worse but won't be coming back

Nice all-inclusive hotel and attentive staff

The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. We were a party of 14 and were treated very well every time we went to a restaurant or were at the pool. They were very polite, from waiters to bellmen to house keeping. We appreciate this level of service, as it enhanced our vacation experience. I wish their shuttle would have taken us to more places other than the other sister hotels, but taxis are cheap. I also wish there weren't as many timeshare tours taking place in the lobby, as I felt I could not properly get tourist information from the concierge. I couldn't tell who wanted to sell me something as opposed to who was hired to help me.

Nice hotel beautiful view

Pros: Good work out gym, and beautiful view friendly staff.
Cons: Buffet
Location: Didn't get out.
Staff was Great Thanks to Jesus, Carlos, Francisco, and Dannail, Great job for making our stay Comfortable . The buffet needs some work, the Ocean was beautiful but no way your swimming in it. The air conditioner was cold to cold, turn it off way to hot, but over all lunch and dinner were very good. Would we stay here again no.

Pros: very good staff and stuff
Cons: you need a reservation for dinner and sometime you forget
Location: close by everything

Great location, outdated hotel

Had 3 different rooms. First one was not what we booked. We booked for a double bed, they tried to give us 1 bed and a sofa bed on the first floor. Second room has a sign of wet paint at the door and smells. Third room, was on the third floor overlooking the tent like contraption facing the parking lot. Can hear the restaurant noise from below. Room towels were old, rough and looks dirty grayish instead of whitish. Door doesn't properly close. Toilet seat, room walls has old scuff marks. Food at the restaurants were average. At first we were told we need reservations when there were no patrons sitting. Only redeeming factor is the beach access, beach service and close to the nightclubs-about 10-15 minutes walk.
