The air conditioner in my room did not work well. I requested to be moved to a different room. The air conditioner in this room also did not work well. The shower was filthy. It looked like blood was on the tile. Absolutely disgusting.

The hotel website advertises an airport shuttle but when I called from the airport the staff said the shuttle wasn’t running that day, a Thursday. This is false advertising. An Uber from the airport costs $30, and if you have a lot of luggage an Uber XL costs $65. You’re better off spending extra money to get a better hotel that guarantees their airport shuttle will pick you up. The hotel is getting pretty rundown too, not the standard you normally expect from Country Inn and Suites. The carpets are stained and worn. The luggage carts are worn out and have flat tires. The TV is old and small. It has cable tv but it is analog and has a poor picture. There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The shuttle is based on availability. We sit next to the mall possibly you didn't see the restaurant sections that surround it. Thanks for your thoughts.

The room I was provided was in process of remodeling with bunch of garbage and tools around it. Contacted front desk to exchange the room and never heard back.

The staff was very friendly: from the front desk clerk to the woman handling the breakfast. The staff made it feel like I was at a country hotel and very welcoming.

Very convenient location for travelling to the airport. There was a mall and many restaurants within walking distance. They were also very accommodating for us as we arrived much earlier than check in time and even gave us a ride to the mall! However, it is right next to the highway so it’s pretty loud there!

Was dirty, had to switch rooms, water was running out brown in the sink and tub, the light was flickering, and there was not a phone in the room. Definitely wouldnt be staying again. The lady that checked ne in was great.

My overall experience at this property was great. Breakfast was excellent. The property as well as my room was clean. The indoor pool was open however we didn’t utilize that area but glad to know we could have. The fire alarm went off very early one morning & disturbed my sleep & also scared me. Other than that small incident, I enjoyed my stay & I will definitely book again.

The place looks run down compared to other Country Inn and Suites I stayed at. The carpets are dirty and yellow stains on the bed sheets. The breakfast was not very good. I would not stay here again and wish I stayed at others places of similar value. Nothing was horrible but nothing was great.

The lady at the front desk was great but I contacted the property twice and was assured even a name of driver but when I landed there was no shuttle service and I had to pay an Uber $22.00 to get to the hotel. I’m pretty furious

Bummer
I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. There was no shuttle because they didn’t have a driver. I slept $50 on Uber to get back and forth. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known the shuttle would be unavailable.

Reasonable place to stay and handy to airport area. Was clean and comfortable. Staff were good, but check in was a bit painful as the reception guy was struggling with a new system. Overall a good hotel.

Good location
The hotel is in a good location for shopping and that is why we picked it. We were caught a bit off guard when we found out the shuttle from the airport doesn’t run during all airport hours, it runs like 7 am to 3 pm, but not completely sure of these times so you would want to check if needing a shuttle.

Don’t stay if you need a free shuttle
This hotel advertised that it had free airport shuttle but it was not available to pick us up or drop us off. We had to use a taxi and Uber. This was an extra cost that we didn’t expect.

Shuttle is the best option to be pick up & leave at the hotel . Should be at the day because of limitation hours. Shopping mall, Costco , Restaurants are basically 5 min . Is a good option if you wants to be near the airport. Personnel are great and facilities are in good condition. Love the pool inside.

Location was great. Large mall (Deerbrook) with tons of food and shopping less than 5mins drive away. Was too hot to walk so can't say walking distance. First room we were given the door couldn't be properly shut. They gave us a new one without any query. Rooms and corridors need renovating, but cleaning seems to happen round the clock which was great. Beds were comfy, all the amenities you need including body wash, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee, TV in bedroom and living space. Nice big windows but lots of traffic noise at night. Breakfast also good, varied and filling. Really enjoyed the stay.

They advertise that there’s a shuttle from the airport but there’s not. I waited over an hour at the front desk waiting for someone to check me in. No one was there. The bathroom in my room Was clogged.
