Check in asked for a cash deposit! Entire desk surrounded by security glass. Quizzed extensively about having a pet and extra people in the room and there was only two of us! Terrible breakfast. AVOID

The property is ok so far as appearance when it came to the stuff in the room it wasn’t working the microwave wasn’t working and when I explained that and to see if they could move me rooms there response was the same that they will unlock there lunch room to use that one not to mention I had a lil infant with me nobody was going to go back and forward to the bottom floor just to warm up bottles and food back to back other then that the plugs wasn’t working this is the only downfall I had at super 8 other then that the place is ok just hope they handle the situation correctly next time because that’s bad business

Check in was not friendly and they charged a $50 deposit that was not mentioned when booking online. Fortunately, it was returned after checking out and they went to check the room. The breakfast was a joke. Didn't check out the pool. The room was good, roomy, clean, everything worked fine, good lighting, ac, ceiling fan, micro\fridge, and a large, stiff bed with thin pillows. Didn't like the adjoining room door, but never heard another guest. Asked for a top floor room but got a ground floor room. Traffic noise was there, but could be drowned out by the ac. Good parking. Also a good location less than 10 minutes from the airport. Price was also good for our one night stay. Would return.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay STAY AWAY from this place. When you walk in the lobby you are created with a strong odour of cheap cleaning solutions. We were checked in and put into a smoking filled. I had specified a Non-smoking room. We were moved to another room. It smelled stale, unclean and it's on the bathroom floor was loose. We woke up the next morning a little late for breakfast. There was noone in the breakfast area so I asked if it was still open. I was told my the manager it's open, you have 5 min. There was only sugary cereal and white or brown toast. The only good thing is the rooms are spacious.

Not a fan of blatant lies and room inspections.
I usually don't write these, because I'm truly not the complaining type and I'm so easy to please but here we are. I'm a divorced dad, live in a different city and therefore get hotel rooms every other weekend. My requirements are simple: be relatively safe, clean, and provide the basic essentials I would expect for me and my two pre teen kids. Sometimes we get one bed, where i'd sleep on the floor sometimes two beds. Never in my visits was I ever have the front clerk demand how many people are sleeping in and tell me that me and two small children are too many people, and it's against Texas law. That would mean quite literally every hotel I visited have been doing it wrong, and they are the only ones to get it right. I would've been less annoyed if they said it was just their policy but against the law!? So I tried to let this go, and pay for the upcharge of two beds. Then I was told they only took cash only deposits. Once again, many check-ins, never experienced that before. After a long back and forth of explaining how card holds worked for every other hotel in the past 20 years, I had to to suck it up, and pay all the extra fees to use their atm to get out cash for the $50 deposit. However the greatest offense was when I checked out. In order for me to get my $50 back they needed to inspect my room. Inspect my room! I haven't had that treatment since I lived in the barracks 20 years ago! This experience annoyed me but this final send off was deeply offensive.

Worst place close to the airport
The bathtub was clogged. The AC didn’t work and they didn’t wanted to change me to another room. Because I did the check in at 8:30pm and I complained at 12:30. The front desk person said I should have checked everything when I did the check in. Absurd.

I paid for three nights and they didn't refund it after I couldn't stand it for more than two hours in that disgusting place, apart from the very terrible staff. If you want to confirm my review go to Google, but it's okay to steal that money from me, you lose more. And with Expedia it is not the first time that I lose money, since they do not help solve any problem like this when they present something great in their photos and the reality is very different. so I will never use this app to book or buy flights again.
