"First of all, no one helped me with the luggage. There is no left and I had a room in 2nd floor. The towels was toddlers size and hair dryer is terrible. It is 4 star hotel and it’s supposed to has a tv at least not a 23 inch gaming monitor. There’s no fridge or mini bar and it is 4 stars!!!! The room was quite dusty. "Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. "A bit of a curates egg. Offerred a welcome drink and then charged for it. Excellent balcony. Brochure mentioned ceiling fan. would have been helpful with 33 degree temerature. It did not exist.A good accessible walk in shower but towels were not changed in the three days stay. No daily housekeeping even though that was in brochure. As regards disability accessible it is lucky that I can get up flights(3) of stairs with two sticks . With a wheelchair you have no hope (no lift). Breakfast not up...
