“Room was not cleaned the 4 days I stayed. Supplies and towels were supplied 1 day. I called front desk to request cleaning and supplies for my room. No one did. I had to go down to front desk to get what I needed. My trash was over filled. I put them outside my room door to empty. They were still outside my room when I returned.”

“My room was above the laundry room and vibrated so badly starting at 800 am that I thought there was a helicopter outside my window ... so much for sleeping in! But hearing every ding of the elevator button and people yelling up and down the halls made it impossible to sleep, too. Plus the druggies outside the front door made for an unsettling stay. I will NEVER stay here again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.”

“The room was clean, but not fully maintained. The bedspread had a hole in it, and one of the lamps didn’t work. The towels also were very cheap and uncomfortable to use because of the paper-towel-like rough feel. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing after so many good reviews online. It wasn’t fully ready at start time, and most was prepackaged or processed foods (primarily carbs and sugar). Certain areas inside smelled of smoke, and kids were loud and running around at 10pm, making……
