I absolutely love love love this property! I needed to just ask the owner some general questions in the first few days and she immediately would respond to me. The house was brand, new and gorgeous and had huge individual bedrooms and baths. The amenities were superb. It was wonderful for our family of 11. I will definitely stay here again.

Great for a group!
This property was perfect for our post-Christmas family gathering. The Kids Loft was great for the little and big kids. It fit our families perfectly. The 2 and 3 year old boys loved the closet under the stairs with the toy kitchen…by far the best kept secret in the house. It had all the amenities we needed and more! What was also great was that it was at the end of the block so you had a beautiful view of the mountains from the dining / living room area. Would love to stay here again (maybe in the summer next time!)

Great family retreat
House was perfect for a large gathering or family. We had some changes in our family group and Dana was very prompt in addressing our situation and thanks to the owner for his flexibility. It is a perfect location to access both Zions and St. George activities. House was exactly as advertised - updated decor and lots of bedrooms with their private baths. Large kitchen/family room. We had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Rental
Sunrise Hideaway is an excellent rental property for families. Our married kids appreciated the extra master bedrooms, our granddaughter loved the toy room, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The home is well-stocked (high chair, portable playpen, extra towels, two refrigerators, lots of serving platters and bowls, etc..) and superbly organized. It’s at the end of a quiet street with beautiful views. Definitely one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever rented. We will stay again the next time our family gathers in the St. George area!

Perfect place for a group!
This is a beautiful property about 30 minutes from Zion NP. It was a quick trip for us but everything was pristine when we got there. The personal touches were so nice! It was a great stay.

Outstanding Condo for large family group
This is an amazing, well maintained property for a comfortable rest/vacation from all of the many activities this area offers. The home has all amenities including luxurious beds. Our group of 18 family members was delighted. The kitchen has everything needed for preparing and serving meals. Items are labeled and organized throughout the home. There was a kids loft/bedroom area that our seven grandchildren loved to hang out in. Board games were plentiful, smart TV's were provided, wi-fi coverage strong throughout. The condo's community pool area is outstanding. The garage has ping pong & basketball and pool toys. The owners are quick to respond to text requests/questions. We highly recommend this home.

Clean, Spacious & Very Family Friendly!
This property in Hurricane, UT was perfect for our big family! We took a trip to Southern Utah to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, he wanted to visit Zion National Park. My parents, siblings, and their families also joined us. The property was very clean and welcoming, a gift basket was waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived with toiletries and snacks which was such a nice touch. There were enough bedrooms in this property for everyone! My parents (both in their 70’s) stayed in the downstairs master bedroom so they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs. It was such a nice bonus to have 2 more master bedrooms upstairs! The kids (ages 3 to 14) all loved the loft and all the games in that room (Xbox and arcade style games), there is a closet full of board games, ping pong and basketball in the garage, and a putting green in the yard. There is also a hot tub in the backyard which we would use in the evenings. The community pool area and lazy river were amazing, we went swimming everyday! And there were plenty of pool floats and noodles for the kids to use. We also utilized the 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry room. The kids all did virtual learning while we were there, and there were no issues with the WiFi, worked great! Zion National Park is about a 35-40 min drive from the property. We drove into Zion everyday to explore. Walmart is close by for grocery shopping. When we visit Southern Utah again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for an amazing stay and a memorable time for our family!

Vietnam Buddies Reunion Getaway
50+ years after the Vietnam war our husbands we’re able to reunite again for this wonderful reunion along with their wives (someone had to make them behave 😉). Originally planned for last May but due to COVID had to be postponed and Dana, the owner, immediately refunded our down payment & reserved it for this year. We were 4 couples and each of us had our own private bedroom & bathroom. The open concept design (LR, DR & kitchen) of this house made it very spacious and comfortable and furnished with just about everything you need. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and perfect for a family with children. Never seen so many toys, games, etc for kids to enjoy. There was nothing this owner did not think of. It’s definitely a 5 star rating (and believe me, we’ve traveled a lot in our days).

Amazing family getaway
The only word that we can think of to describe our experience is AMAZING! The home was spacious and VERY comfortable. We essentially had 5 different families and everyone had their own spacious room with a super fun kids room (double bunk beds, bean bags and games). We had such a good time with both kids and adults feeling very comfortable. The amenities were just perfect - towels for the hot tub and pool (what a great pool for everyone to have fun at) float tubes and other pool toys. Even a wagon to take the little ones on rides around the neighborhood. Double washer and dryer for fast clean up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed eating out on the patio as well as inside. We also must say that Dana was simply the best in making sure we were taken care of and that everything went smoothly She was prompt in responding to questions beforehand and helped us have a great experience once we arrived. while we wish we could keep this place a secret we know that you will have a great time if you come and stay we recommend this location 110% (6 stars) R&D O.

This home was perfect!
This was a girls trip and we all wanted our own bed. We ended up with our own rooms, kind beds, and our own bathrooms! Several of us hope to book this home for our larger family gatherings. It has lots of room and amenities and is located perfectly to hike Zion, visit reservoirs (Sand Hollow or Quail Creek are very close), some restaurants, or you can head into Saint George for more restaurants (or in our case pedicures). The home was clean and new, and was an end unit with beautiful views! It also had air controls upstairs and down, which was great in the heat. The pool in the complex was perfect (river and splashpad). The only problems we had were the excessive number of trailers with dune buggies and ATV's parked all over the streets (probably from just one vacation home). The association needs to makes some rules about parking (we used the garage, so not a big deal, but it was hard to back out). We also couldn't figure out the tv's in the bedrooms, but didn't try very hard so it was probably just us. We weren't there to watch tv, so no big deal (and we got to avoid the news; probably best, haha!)

Didn't want to leave!
Deciding whether or not to keep our reservations during a global pandemic was stressful but Dana was there every step of the way answering our questions. She was responsive, honest, and I am truly grateful for her help. The house was perfect for our large group and getting away to the desert was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of sleeping space! The large open kitchen, dining area, and living room was great for nightly gatherings. The double washer and dryer was also a plus! The house was only about 30 minutes from Zion National Park and about 2 hours from Bryce Canyon so we had plenty of options for adventures. The village pool was great after a long day of hiking. Our group already misses Utah and can't wait to go back.

Large spacious well supplied and furnished condo. We only had 12 in our group but this condo can sleep many more. Very organized, new, well cared for. Comfortable beds. Large pool and work out gym. Club house with outdoor furniture, bbq grills, and gas fire places. Definitely would stay at this condo again if we are in the area. If you are in the area and considering staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s my first time renting a vacation home. This house exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent. We had some issues with upstairs AC,. most of us had to sleep downstairs the first night in the family room because it was way too warm upstairs. The owner had a technician over the following day to fix it. Overall, it was a good experience. I would rent again.

Unit was clean, well furnished and decorated, and beds were comfortable. Location is great for visiting Zions National Park or activities in St George. Kids toys, ping pong table, and private Jacuzzi were great to help entertain us when at the unit. The complex has a fun pool/splash pad/lazy river. This is an end unit next on a dead end street so there was extra parking which was very convenient.

Beautiful and fully equipped townhouse
The townhouse is new and wonderfully decorated. It has everything you need for a stay and then some. Truly appreciated the laundry soap so we did not have to purchase then lug it home afterwards. There is a great new restaurant right up the street called Pigs Ear American Bistro. Since it was winter, we did not get to use the pool but it looks great.

We had a wonderful stay! The kid toys (Barbie house, car track and toy kitchen) were much loved. We absolutely loved the pool and lazy river! We visited in the morning after dark and had it completely to ourselves. We loved having so many bedroom suites (3 master bedrooms). No complaints and great memories. Zion national park visit
We stayed at this property to visit Zion national park and it was a good location and perfect for our big group. The house is just as described and very beautiful with amazing views from multiple balconies. The pool area is very nice with a jacuzzi and seating area to hang out at. The trip to Zion was 30 min which felt like less because the views on your way into the park are beautiful. The property has plenty of cookware, dish ware and utensils therefore we had no need to buy plastic plates and silverware. Everything in the house is labeled which makes it easy to find items and for the checkout process. The owner Dana is very quick to respond and nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property had all we needed.

The pictures are very accurate and the property was clean and LOTS of space for our small family reunion. Dana was easy to contact and we loved that this area was so close to sight seeing, Grandpas Pond, and needed grocery shopping. Dana also provided great ideas of outings to go see and do. Good House, Worked for our stay
The house was ok for our stay. Close to Zions, far from where we ended up going which was in Ivins. Very little towels for all of our guests. No extra paper towels or countertop cleaner. The vacuum did not work and the beds were not that comfortable. Ok House for our needs. The owner was great with communication.

Hey Sara, I do provide 20 bath towels, 12 spa towels, hand towels & washcloths as well as make-up remover wipes. I also provide paper towels and additional household items like trash bags, shampoo, soaps, etc, but do not replenish them during your stay. I can see how the location was tricky for you when you needed to be on the other side of town. This is one of the closest large places for groups to gather near Zion. I do know of great places 30 miles away near Ivins, which is where it sounds like you needed to be, so ask me about that for next time. All of our mattresses are barely a year old, and are high quality. The kids dorm mattresses are very basic, but the kings are all considerably upgraded. :)
