Everything was great except hotel was close to the freeway which you could hear unless you put on white noise in the night.

The sweet lady at the counter had never done that job before. Stood there for 45 minutes waiting for her to get our keys to work. Finally given the keys. Went to our room opened the door only to find it was already occupied! Poor man standing there in his underwear. Went back to tell her and had to wait another 29 minutes while she tried again. Finally got another room. Tried to open the door and the key didn’t work. Had to go back again and wait another 20 minutes. It is now 1:00 am and we are exhausted! Lay down fall asleep quickly and the phone rings! It is the sweet lady at the desk telling me she needs my master card number again. IDONT HAVE A MASTERCARD!!! I gave her my number but still ended up having to get dressed and go to the desk to give her more information. The lady was kind and as people lined up behind us she tried to keep her cool but was put I. A bad situation. She had never done it before and the computers were not working properly.

We arrived in the evening, and there was broccoli and cheese soup available in a slow cooker, which was tasty and much appreciated. It’s an older inn, but well maintained and beds were comfy. Pretty good breakfast too. Conveniently just off I-15 and easy to get back on. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The room was okay. The bed not very comfortable. The Breakfast area, no Orange Juice No apple juice the milk was watered down (how lame is that watering down milk) I think if you are going to offer breakfast you should at least keep all the items filled up and do not water down the milk.

Overall, not my best experience at a Choice Hotel. Staff could’ve been more understanding about inclement weather in area delaying travel and not hassling us about a late arrival. Bed was comfortable and area was decently quiet however.

We loved the soft sheets and pillows at this Comfort Inn. It is conveniently located near exit 119 of highway I-15. The staff is always friendly, and our dog is welcome, for a $25 fee. We have stayed here many times over the years, and have watched the sad deterioration of the facilities here. Doors are warped, corners lack paint, and the whole building needs more care than it is getting. However, on the whole, it's not so terrible.

Not much to like about this hotel. There was a bad smell throughout the building that other guests also complained about. The beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms and lobby are very minimal and out-dated and unwelcoming. The breakfast was poor. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been the hot tub, but it was out-of-order and the pool looked uninviting.
