Overpriced hotel close to the event I was attendin

The hotel was closer to the event I was attending. Binod the staff that checked me in, asked if I had a preference to which floor I wanted, I said yes the 1st floor because I'm handicapped and have a hard time with stairs and walking . I offered to show him my handicap card and he laughed and dismissed my comment. When I got my room key I was on the 2nd floor in the very middle of the hotel. There was only 1 bath towel in the room, I made the reservation for 4 guests. The room was oddly set up, the tv was small and was hard to see while in the bed closest to the window. Breakfast was a horrible experience, there wasn't enough food for all of the guests, we had to wait a very long time for more food and the eggs and sausage were still cold when served. The breakfast server was more concerned with wiping up imaginary crumbs than staying on top of the amount of food and guests that were coming to eat. He also did NOT change his gloves in between cleaning and getting more food out of the Tupperware containers.
