Recently updated, comfortable, right next to the Greenbelt and the river which was great for a walk in the afternoon. Close to dining options. The building was packed but our room was quiet. Would stay again!

The blonde assistant general manager was exceptional. She was so kind, so helpful, so accommodating, and so apologetic about any issues. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast had lots of Options. The only complaints we had were that the rooms weren’t very sound proof so we could hear everything from the hallway, and you could hear everything from the room if you were in the hallway, and there weren’t extra sheets or blankets in the room for the Couch bed. But the hotel was pretty clean, and we were impressed for the price we paid. It’s right across the road from the falls, too. So it was cool.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and had lots of space for luggage and relaxing, unfortunately the mini fridge had food left in it for quite some time and it stuck horribly. I don't know when it was last cleaned. The dust accumulating on top of the microwave and the shelving unit above it was horrendous. It does lead one to wonder how well the rest of the bathroom and room was cleaned?? I did leave a note to the maids to take some extra time to clean the fridge and add a deodorizer in it.

I had high hopes for the property but guests in the hallways were loud. The wall finish in the bathroom was peeling under the sink which is open and gross. In the morning when I went to take a shower with the water running for 5-8 minutes it never got hot. I had to take a cold shower to get to my meeting on time. I brought it to the staffs attention and they didn’t care.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel for 1 night. The breakfast was also really good with lots of options. The front desk ladies were very sweet and helpful. The only thing I would say is if your room is facing the falls, it may be a bit loud even with the windows closed, but we were totally fine with it all. Will stay here again in the future!

Easy to get to hotel and very nice unique layout. Our room was very spacious and well thought out. Nice sofa and work areas. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was plugged and would not drain. We notified the staff and they were very professional and kind. I would go back there since we enjoyed our stay otherwise.

The location was good and the property has been recently updated. The room was large and had a nice view. The floors were not very clean in my room. The fitness center is poorly equipped, and the breakfast was basic and unhealthy.

Our room was unclean. There was what looked like "blood splatter" on the bathroom wall beside the sink. The bathroom door had some sort of liquid stain down it. The shower and floor were also dirty. Overall the room didn't feel clean and made our stay uncomfortable. The elevator seemed to be struggling to work, it worked but didn't sound good. The hotel is old and has been renovated but the age is obvious under the cosmetic changes.

This hotel room was very spacious, which was exactly what we were going for! The bathroom sink is located outside of the toilet/shower room, which was perfect for multiple users. The balcony was nice, along with the large door/windows to look out and allow light into the room. This was definitely one of the best lit hotel rooms we've ever stayed in- lights everywhere! The property was remodeled this past year and our room had a large hole in the wall beside/behind the bathroom shelving (weird!), and all of the newly painted surfaces around the hotel are peeling due to inappropriate preparation of the old surfaces. Paint on our bathroom door/doorway was chipping off to reveal the old color beneath, and the grout in the shower was already discoloring. The bathroom floor was not clean (evidenced by the dirt on the towel when we cleaned up water that leaked out during a shower), and the carpet appeared stained (and dirty under the chair/tables where apparently housekeeping does not clean). The sofa bed mattress was not protected, which was okay this time since the mattress still appeared clean. There was quite a bit of paint splatter or drywall on the floor under the couch that was obvious when we opened the bed. The remodel colors are garish, and generally gives the room a dated look already, as well as down in the lobby. The desk person, however, was outstandingly hospitable when we checked in, and the breakfast was well-supplied and cared for throughout the morning.

A newer place, our suite was very nice. Unfortunately the floors hadn’t been swept after their last guests left, and they were quite messy. My wife grabbed the vacuum, which was conveniently left outside our door and cleaned up the visible mess. We may have been given the room prior to the cleaning staff finished cleaning it, but it left a bad impression. However, it was a lovely place and we will stay again if we’re back that way.

Property is close to I15 and is close to the river. We only stayed for 1 night and we weren't there very long so unable to explore around but room was clean, large and had 2 queens and 1 pullout. Newly updated and had lots of furniture items in room to make your stay comfortable. Room also has a balcony, however due to the magnificent storm rolling in we were unable to use.

We have stayed here several times. This time the room seem to be hastily cleaned. The bathroom still had dirt on the floor in the bathroom. When it didn’t look like it was wiped down properly as you could still see dirty streaks in the faucet area. And the floor for sure was not swept or vacuumed. The down comforter that was on the bed was covered by a sheet on the top. However, when you move that there was a large dry blood stain. And that is not a nice site to see. There are venery many ways to get rid of a bloodstain on a sheet.
