"We spent 4 weeks here and will be back!! The owners were so easy to work with. Their home was stocked more than any other place we have ever rented. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are a nice size and prefect for two of us. It would easily work for a family with small children too. The location is wonderfully situated on the intercostal and right across from the beach. It's a gem!!!"

"The management company is top notch. Quick response time, friendly and informative. Do not let the outside appearance deceive you. The unit is a beautiful 2/2 with full size kitchen, living room and full outside porch that faces the intracoastal waterway. The main bedroom has sliding doors that open to the porch as well as from the LR. The staff at the boat rental place beneath the unit are wonderful. The bonus is Caddy’s restaurant and bar just one building over. We had great food, drinks and service. You can sit and relax on the porch and listen to the music. When you are inside, you cannot hear it. The only con to us was the couch. Not comfortable to sit and relax. I would suggest it be replaced soon. Otherwise, truly amazing place. Thanks to Claudia and the owners. We will definitely be back soon."

"Property was clean and spacious for two. Mini refrigerator was too cold and froze my fruits and yogurt. It was set on cold, not even coldest setting. It was a bit disappointing, but did not make or break my visit. "

"The condo was as described and pictured. Right across from the beach for walk,sunsets,dolphins. Good location for restaurants,driveable distance toPinellas Trail for biking and other siteseeing. Would recommend this place."

"It was so nice to be back at BB! Loved being by canal to watch boat activity while having a cocktail. Saw two beautiful sunsets across to street! Pool is a great size with lots of seating. Owner had a good array of supplies for our use. Very comfortable, especially the bed!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo C101 was nice and roomy. We would stay here again for sure. There were just a couple things that could be fixed. The kitchen table chairs were a bit worn. No big deal for us but… our biggest complaint was the bed fairly comfortable but it squeaks, every time someone moves it makes so much noise you would wake the other. The second thing some one in another review I saw before I booked was that it needs a better blanket. Definitely! Would really make it so much more comfortable "
