We take guest satisfaction very seriously and appreciate that your realized some of our short-comings are due to staffing issues. I can assure you that I will be addressing each of the issues you mentioned with the appropriate staff members. I am a firm believer in the philosophy that you cant fix something if you don't know it's broke. We are truly sorry that you didn't have a good stay with us here at the Baymont Inn. Regarding the pool being closed, the only thing I can think of is that the pool closes "for children" at 10pm. From 10pm to midnight is "Adult Only" swim time. I took over the management of this hotel just a few weeks ago and will be looking at all areas of the hotel for ways to improve our service. We hope that you will us another chance, should you travels bring you back this way, to show you what Hoosier Hospitality is all about.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience. We strive to make each and every guest feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. And, you are correct, the beds do need to be updated. But in ou business, since we are open year round, we have to work around conventions and large events in the city. We wouldn't want to have rooms out of order during a peak event. That's why we are planning this particular project for the slower part of the year; mid-December to mid-March. We hope you'll choose to stay with us again and thanks again for sharing your comments.
