The door was open upon arrival, the towel brackets were lose, the toilet paper roll was on the floor and the main door was hard to close. This property needs a major update. The vending machines were didn’t work. Breakfast was suppose to be included; however almost everything was out. We would not return or recommend this facility to anyone.

The service was great the room was dated and not super well kept. Neither tv functioned. Some things looked like they could be cleaner. Serious smells coming from other rooms. Like a nail salon type intense odor. Elevator was dirty. But the staff was great

Don't book it.
No idea how this is rated a 6.6 ! Room was was not clean, had food on the floor next to the bed, bathroom sink did not drain, dark & dingy, spiderwebs in the hallway, etcetera. Wif-Fi still listed as Best Western, which is super basic and indicates there is no investment back into this property. Seems it only remains in business for proximity to IMS.

Do not stay here!! Dirty rooms. Rude front desk.
Rude front desk. Dirty filthy rooms that have never been wiped down. Stayed in a suite. Fridge didn’t work. Lamp didn’t work. Carpets filthy. Windows filthy. I paid 370 per night for Indy 500 stay Do not stay here. Rat trap. Go somewhere else. Absolutely rude staff that barley spoke English.

Spacious and comfortable rooms
Rooms are spacious; there's a "living room" with a TV, a desk. a galley kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave oven, a bathroom, and a bedroom with another TV. The room was very clean. They offer a continental breakfast in the mornings (even on Sunday). I would stay here again.

Lots of minor maintenance issues, like obvious corrosion under the ice machine, iron that would stain my shirt, problems getting key card to open the door, and the shower rod was installed backwards so it curved into the shower. Breakfast was mediocre. The bed was okay, but I won’t go back.

Rude front desk
The front desk was very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t understood Apple Pay and told me they won’t accept it. I went back and forth for 10 minutes. They said their credit card system was just upgraded and it didn’t accept it, I told them it was probably upgraded so it can accept it. They finally tried to use it and it and it worked. The gentlemen were from The Middle East and in their language they were saying Mexicani pointing at me. They were very rude

9-6-22 Was skeptical about staying at this hotel due to a variety of reviews. But was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean it was. Had all the amenities I needed. Lots of updates to the rooms. Crystal was very helpful in getting me registered with BW.

A little pricey
It was fine, the TV didn't work in the living room area. Bathroom door wouldn't close and not much of a view. I guess the only good thing was the hot breakfast. Oh a the construction going on right outside didn't make getting to where you had to go easy. That's all

Hotel was clean and room was very comfortable. Only problem I had was at 6:15 went to the lobby for coffee. Poured a cup and employee informed me it was old coffee. Asked when fresh would be available and he stated 7 when breakfast was served.

No handicap parking
There was a vehicle parked in handicap running. When I asked the front desk who’s it was. That I needed handicap. The owner stepped in. Said it was his and he could park anywhere he wanted. I told him I had my father outside. Who was wheelchair bound. The owner stated to yell at me. Told me it’s his hotel. He can do what he wants.
