Clean property with friendly staff. Interior is dated and dining options very limited, but it was a good choice for a one night stay for an event in Indianapolis.

Dont eat at their lobby bistro unless you want to get rude and late service. The woman working was rude to every person my son and i saw go place orders including myself. After i was told my food would be 20 minutes, i checked in on it after 30 minutes only for her to tell me she hadnt gotten to my order yet when i asked for a time frame she told me when she gets to it with a rude tone. I said thats not an answer she proceeds to list off everything she still needs to do. Room was freezing and we had to get the heater fixed and their pool was closed and would be the whole weekend. We left after just one night.

Couldn’t get our dead bolt to lock, and the guard that swings over the lock was loose. We wedged the ironing board under the handle.

Check in was easy and friendly. We had to hunt for a luggage cart but found one under a stairwell. The room #112 is in serious need of an update. The furniture was scratched and marred, the sofa looked like it was obtained from Goodwill, and the refrigerator in the room didn’t work. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and there appears to be a leak in the toilet in the room above because of a huge bubble in the ceiling. The bed was comfy. The hotel lobby looks nice, but when I see half of a sign lit up on the side of the building, that indicates to me they don’t really care. Very disappointing after reading such good reviews.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was so friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit. Wonderful stay!

First I waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle from the airport. When I came to my room, it was probably 55 in there with the temp set at 70. Took my bed about an hour to get up to temp. Bistro was closed in the morning so no breakfast either. Very disappointed.

Not the best Marriott
Dirty. Very surprised by this being that property was Marriott. Room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. Cob webs between bed and lamp. Floor in bathroom was filthy.

Description said it slept 4 but the pull out couch was a twin so someone had to sleep on the floor, given the hotel was full due to the grounding of multiple flights we were unable to change our room. Also it is pretty far away from the airport.

The sofa bed was in such poor condition we could not let our daughter sleep on it. Our family of 4 had to sleep in 1 king size bed and it was miserable.

I won’t book on Expedia anymore. Every time that I do I get the handicapped room and I’m not handicapped. Those rooms should be saved for people who need them..
