I was assigned room 226 and when I was on the phone, I see a bedbug crawling in the bed , I have the video and I bring the bedbug to the front office to complain. They tell me can’t not give me a refund, I have to ask expedía for refund I’m still wait on my refund, I have to stay over red roof hotel , I have a pictures and a video

The place is unkept. The floor wasn’t swept in the room it was filthy under the beds. someone was smoking in the bathroom because it was cigarette ashes in the tub. Juice machine doesn’t work for breakfast! JUST A FILTHY PLACE……DON’T WALK RUN!!!!!!!

First time they gave me a room, someone else was in it. Second time it smelled of smoke in a non-smoking place, 3yime it was better but still dirty looking and peeling paint, no garbage cans in rooms!

Beware
I hate leaving bad reviews but feel anyone reading this deserves a heads up. When I first entered the room it looked very nice. Within a few seconds I started seeing cockroaches. So many cockroaches! Walking on the floors and walls. I went back to the office and did receive a refund. Hopefully it is a problem that will be dealt with.

The rooms were nasty and dirty they are supposed to have a kitchenette in every room I rented two separate rooms one had the kitchenette in it the other room did not have one but had big holes in the wall My son kept trying to stick his hand into and it looked like the rooms had not been cleaned in a long time

There were a lot of sketchy people hanging around and the lady at the front desk was very rude and on her phone the whole time until she was ready to get up and check me in.

The office personnel was attentive but the property was horrible. I had to sleep in my clothes on top the spread with my coat to cover me. Filthy bathroom and no cups for water. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and overall condition of room was horrible.

Check in was 3:00. We arrived at 3:15 and were told our room wasn’t clean and it would be 3:45 before we could check in. At 4:00 we finally got keys but the room still wasn’t ready. We went to the room and waited outside the room watching the person “clean” for the next 30 minutes. We finally got in and the room stunk like stale smoke. The room was horrible. Stuff on walls we didn’t want to know about and hair on the floor. The whole room should be gutted. In the middle of the night, roaches appeared in the bathroom when we turned the light on, which made it very hard to sleep the rest of the night. And more appeared the next morning as we hurried to get out of the room as soon as possible. We wiped up water on the floor and discovered the floors were filthy black. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I’m not sure how it is rated 6/10.

The staff was great. Around the area it was trashy. Cigarette butts and debris in parking lot trash and dog poop in grass making it hard to walk my dog. Overall it was okay.

front desk gave me a room key that doesn't work. The hotel handy offered to open and close the door for me in case I need to get in and out of the room. Multiple couples came back after they paid for one queen/King size bed. The front provided separate beds, but the office replied that these options are not available and refuse to reimburse.

Never got my room cleaned. The door wouldn’t allow us to lock it for extra protection. The shower would t drain there was mold in the fridge. And when we first got there there was a stains on our sheets over all the room was not clean

Filthy conditions.
When I checked in they advised that there was $100 deposit required in addition to thVe room fees that I already paid in advance. The first room assigned reeked of cigarette smoke, unclean and no shower curtain. I went to back to the front desk to report and get another room. They assigned me to another room. Upon later inspection, the room was very unclean, hairs all over the bathroom floor. My wife was very upset and as a result of this visit will be reluctant to use any hotels in the future.

Not a veey clean place.
I booked a non smoking king and got a smoking double 2 bed. I requested a change but they had no kings. So I was put in a different room that was worse smelling than the first. The 3rd room also smelled of prolonged smoke but I gave up and kept it because it was very late. All the rooms were dirty. The AC air filter was so dirty I had to clean it myself as I didn't want to breath air going through it!

Pretty gross stay. The place has roaches. I killed multiple of varying sizes/ages. One with a full eggsack fell out of my bag when I picked it up to leave in the morning. Pretty gross. There was no trashcan in the room initially. It took me going to the office twice to ask for one for them to finally get it to me more than an hour later. I also mentioned to them that the floors were obviously not cleaned, as it looked like there was urine all over the bathroom floor, to which they said they'd have the cleaning staff handle the following morning, but it was clear than absolutely nothing had been clean while I was gone during the morning/day. All the floors were pretty gross, and the vanity mirror only had one lightbulb out of the 3 sockets available. Definitely regretted spending the money on this stay.
