It was exactly as portrayed: an historic (and idiosyncratic) small inn/hotel; not fancy, very straightforward; on the water in a wonderful location; a great kitchen punching way above its weight. But the best part was its staff. Warm, genuine. I felt cared about by every staff member I interacted with. Kudos."

From the comfortable beds, the lovely decor, spacious room and bathroom, and such friendly and professional staff members: we were sad to leave. The room had a good tv, coffee machine and mini fridge, and USB charge points in the power outlets. Breakfast was delicious! When they say bacon, they mean bacon ❤️"
