Infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 13 km, supermarket 6.8 km, shopping centre 13 km, restaurant 1.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake "Natterer See" 20 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 4.6 km, skisport facilities 4.6 km, sled run 10 m. Nearby attractions: Altstadt Innsbruck.
