Great place!!
First time using VRBO and it was wonderful. Rental was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious, great location, beautiful property, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Highly recommend and will rent again.

The building and grounds were very nice.
We enjoyed our time here. The unit was equipped for cooking whereas other places have not been. The unit was upto date. Each bedroom and bathroom were good sizes. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful get away

Great Thanksgiving holiday!
Everything offered was above our expectations. Would recommend regular coffee pot in addition to keurig. Grill was not clean. Otherwise, awesome.

Love Little Basin!
We rented two villas at Little Basin and had a great time!! Very clean units. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. Great location… easy walk and bike ride to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back!

Best Keys experience so far!
This villa is in an excellent location! It is walking distance to a lot great places to entertain yourself and around the corner from the best key lime pies by The Key Lime Pie Lady. The host makes the check in/check out process a breeze. Everything was very clean...and we are very picky about cleanliness, so not easy to impress us but we were! Great pool on property, as well. We will definitely be returning to vacation at this property again!

Amazing stay everything was just pristine and great location. Was able to get picked up at the dock for a boat trip and would sit back by the water and watch the fish, manatees and great sunsets! Will be coming back💜

Perfect spot
First time to Islamorada and looked around for lodging. Found this on VRBO and it was by far the best for accommodations and price. The location is unbelievable and the villa was amazing and like new. We all agreed we will stay here again when we return for the next fishing trip.

Tara, We are a waterfront property, and we do not advertise our property having a beach or beach access. We have posted a number of accurate and recent photos of our property in the VRBO listing, and it is not in our description that we have a beach on our property. We also have a great park directly next to our property that has a beach/swimming area. We had a great experience at Little Basin Villas! Amazing location and we'll definitely be back! The only thing we wished was different was a slightly later checkout...10am came way too quick after a fun weekend in Islamorada!

Great location for relaxation with easy access to rent boats of all sorts that you can dock out front. Nice BBQ and picnic area. Beautiful accommodation with minimal people around.

Really cute place!
Very clean and well maintained property. The unit was decorated nicely with mostly white decor. It was in a good location too. We were able to walk to quite a few restaurants, shops and liquor store. Would definitely return!

Great space...Super relaxing
Good location, walkable to restaurants and wine shop. Tall ceilings, open floor plan, clean and decluttered, well-equipped kitchen and baths made for a stress-free stay. A bathroom in each bedroom allowed our party privacy. While all villas appeared occupied, we had no trouble parking, and our stay remained quiet and peaceful. The pool is clean and secluded from public. Easy check in and out processes. Well worth the price and would stay again.

A wonderful vacation place in Islamorada
This was the perfect place for our family vacation in the Keys. The villa was perfectly furnished and equipped with all we needed, it was clean and comfortable and a great base for our five days in the Keys.

Clean and quiet place to stay with family
I loved staying at this property. The villa was clean and reflected the online listing. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the bayside canal. The property is also close to restaurants, gas station, liquor store, and marinas. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Islamorada.

3rd Time at Little Basin Villas
This is the third trip to Little Basin Villas in the last 14 months. Each time, we have had a great experience. The houses are awesome, the beds are very comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. Each trip has been a customer outing, and they are always impressed with the lodging. I will continue to take customers to Little Basin Villas when in Islamorada.

Everything was amazing! The whole property is awesome and we loved this place. Only feedback is that check-out should be later than 10am, didnt have coffee machine (other than keurig) and fridge needs to be colder. Other than that absolutely PERFECT.

Property was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly (we were members of a wedding party). The pool was a great amenity and open 24 hours. Only small inconvenience is that checkout is an early 10am and you need to do some cleanup of the house yourself, and there is no late checkout available. Just felt like an early time to have to leave and have no where to go when flights were later.

Beautiful property, great location. Highly recommend!
My family stayed at #4 Little Basin Villas for 5 days last week (June 2018), and were extremely pleased with every aspect of the unit and the property. The pool and dock are just steps from the door. It is within walking distance to many things, including a 24 grocery store, the Trading Post, and on the right side of Trading Post is Bad Boy Burritos, which makes coffee, fresh juice, and breakfast burritos. We were very happy with our choice of Little Basin Villas, and will stay there on our next trip to Islamorada.

This place has everything you need. We had three couples stay here and we had a great time....sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms are spacious and love how each has a separate bathroom. Everything worked perfectly too!

Disconnect, Relax and Enjoy!
We loved this location. Beautiful, clean and relaxing. The Villa is spotless, loaded with plenty of great towels and pillows. Everything you need is there. The pool is relaxing. I loved sitting on the dock at night and watching the fish, hermit crabs and shrimp run. Kayaking was perfect as you have the park next door for easy access. Plus you can walk to so many fabulous things to do. Watching the canal allows for much fun as I saw a stingray, manatees and more. A fabulous place to disconnect from work, fully relax and enjoy!

We stayed in villa 4 and these are well designed with ample space for 6 people. I am giving it 3 stars because of a vibrating noise in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom. It was loud and you felt it on the floor, kitchen counters and bed. We assume that there is some kind of mechanical equipment causing the vibration below the unit. It was annoying, and therefore the value was diminished.
